1. de la MAX FILL LINE LINEA DE LLENADO MAXIMO del tanque f INSTRUCCIONES DE INSTALACI N A INSTALACION DE MANGUERA A TANQUE 1 Inserte el tubo de sif n rosa aproximadamente 1cm Y pulgada en la manguera de inserci n rosa de lo contrario el rociador s lo rociar aire 2 Lubrique la junta t rica en la manguera de inserci n rosa y empuje 2 a en la boquilla de rosca hasta que siente completamente bien 3 Atornille la rosca de la manguera en la boquilla de rosca Apriete firmemente con la mano B CONTROL DE FLUJO A LA MANGUERA 1 Retire la rosca de la manguera de control de flujo del control de flujo y deslice sobre la manguera 2 Empuje la manguera sobre el extremo de punta del control de flujo hasta que toque las roscas 3 Atornille la rosca de la manguera de control de flujo en el control de flujo Apriete firmemente con la mano 1 2 3 C VARILLA A CONTROL DE FLUJO 1 Empuje la varilla en el control de flujo hasta que se detenga 2 Deslice la junta t rica hacia abajo hasta que toque el control de flujo 3 Atornille la varilla en el control de flujo Apriete firmemente con la mano 1 2 18 Pa tne Ne PARA ASEGURAR UNA INSTALACI N CORRECTA PRUEBE EL ROCIADOR CON AGUA ANTES DE USARLO INSTRUCCIONES DE OPERACI N A LLENADO DEL ROCIADOR 1 Retire el montaje de la bomba del tanque dando vuelta en contra de las manecillas del reloj 2 Prepare la soluci n para rociar siguiendo las instruccion2. i e acids corrosive heated or self heating solutions with this sprayer DO NOT mix bleach with other chemicals DO NOT store liquids in the sprayer NEVER fill tank above the MAX FILL LINE on the tank ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS HOSE TO TANK ASSEMBLY Insert the pink siphon tube approximately 12 into the pink hose insert otherwise sprayer will spray only air Lubricate the black o ring on the pink hose insert and then push 2a into the threaded tank nipple until fully seated Screw hose nut onto threaded tank nipple Firmly hand tighten FLOW CONTROL TO HOSE Remove the flow control hose nut from the flow control and slide over the hose Push the hose over the pointed end of the flow control until it touches the threads Screw the flow control hose nut onto the flow control Firmly hand tighten cin FE 1 i ii y O dy TO ENSURE CORRECT ASSEMBLY TEST SPRAYER WITH WATER BEFORE USING OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FILLING THE SPRAYER Remove the pump assembly from the tank by turning counter clockwise Prepare the spray solution following the instructions listed on the chemical manufacturers label Mix only the amount of solution to be sprayed DO NOT spray flammable caustic i e acids corrosive heated or self heating solutions with this sprayer Screw the pump assembly back into the tank by turning clockwise Firmly hand tighten NEVER fill tank above the MAX FILL LINE o

AYS RELEASE pressure in sprayer before servicing NEVER leave pressurized sprayer unattended CLEANING Do not store chemicals in the tank If the chemical is stored in the tank itcan clog the system as it dries and destroy the seals and other components To prolong its life clean the sprayer after each use Rinse thoroughly with soapy water then clean water being sure to flush out the hose and flow control STORAGE AFTER CLEANING To store the sprayer remove the complete hose assembly hose w siphon tube wand flow control from the tank For proper drainage and drying lock flow control lever on Loosen pump assembly but leave in the tank Store all components in a clean dry area PUMP MAINTENANCE amp DISASSEMBLY To keep the pump working smoothly and efficiently the plunger needs to be stretched outward lubricated often by applying grease or petroleum jelly around the outside of the plunger cup Also ensure that the check valve is in the bottom of the cup Remove pump assembly from the tank Unlock the pump handle and pull it out as far as it will go With a flat blade screwdriver push down on the tabs on each side of the pump Pull up and the handle and the plunger assembly should come out of the pump cylinder To reassemble insert the plunger assembly into the cylinder and snap the cap back into place TROUBLESHOOTING Always depressurize the sprayer remove all chemical solution and clean the spr

CAUSA Montaje incorrecto SOLUCI N Lea las instrucciones de montaje de Control de Flujo a la Manguera y Varilla a Control de Fujo PROBLEMA Patr n de rociado malo o bajo volumen de rociado CAUSA 1 La boquilla est tapada o 2 poca presi n en el rociador SOLUCION 1 Retire la boquilla y l mpiela retire la varilla y limpiela Si no se puede destapar la varilla reempl cela o 2 vuelva a presurizar el tanque PROBLEMA La boquilla tiene fugas cuando el control de flujo est cerrado CAUSA El control de flujo permanece abierto la palanca est cerrada SOLUCION Desmonte completamente el control de flujo Inspeccione los componentes limpie y lubrique todos los ellos o reemplace el control de flujo PROBLEMA Fuga en la abertura del tanque CAUSA 1 El montaje del tanque no est bien sellado en el tanque o 2 el empaque del cilindro de la bomba o la junta t rica est n da ados SOLUCION 1 Limpie bien el empaque del cilindro de la bomba o la junta t rica y las reas cercanas y aplique grasa o vaselina al empaque de la bomba o a la junta t rica o 2 reemplace el empaque o la junta t rica

6. ayer before making repairs Replacement parts may be purchased at the store where the sprayer was purchased or they can be ordered from our Customer Service Hotline at 1 800 253 4642 PROBLEM Pump works hard or does not pressurize the tank CAUSE Plunger either not lubricated or damaged SOLUTION Apply petroleum jelly or grease around outside of plunger Check for cracks or other damage and replace if necessary PROBLEM Spray solution or air leaks into pump cylinder CAUSE Check valve on bottom of cylinder is prevented from sealing by dirt residue or damage SOLUTION Remove the pump assembly and examine the check valve Clean if dirty replace if necessary PROBLEM Hose leaks air at tank connection CAUSE 1 Tank nut is loose or 2 hose insert o ring is damaged SOLUTION 1 Tighten hose tank nut or 2 replace hose insert o ring PROBLEM Flow control leaks CAUSE Improper assembly SOLUTION Refer to Flow Control to Hose and Wand to Flow Control assembly instructions PROBLEM Bad spray pattern or low spray volume CAUSE 1 Nozzle is clogged or 2 low pressure in sprayer SOLUTION 1 Remove nozzle and clean remove wand and clean If wand cannot be unclogged replace it or 2 repressurize the tank PROBLEM Nozzle leaks when flow control is closed CAUSE Flow control remaining open lever is locked on SOLUTION Completely disassemble flow control Inspect all components clean and lubricate all seals or replac

10. n the tank PRESSURIZING THE SPRAYER To operate the pump unlock the pump handle by turning counter clockwise Be careful not to loosen the pump from the tank To create pressure stroke up and down Lock the pump handle back into the pump assembly by turning clockwise WARNING To prevent ejected pump assembly and or solution from striking and injuring you never stand with your face or body directly over C the top of the tanks when pumping or loosening the pump SPRAYING 971 283 1 To start spraying squeeze the flow control lever 4 13 N mMm Bo aw PUN 7 To stop spraying release the flow control lever while pulling back on the lever To spray continuously squeeze the flow control lever and slide forward to lock on If your sprayer has an adjustable cone nozzle screw it clockwise for a fine mist and counter clockwise for a coarse stream Flat fan nozzles are not adjustable DO NOT remove flow control cap while spraying ALWAYS wear long sleeve shirts long pants goggles gloves and durable shoes RELEASING PRESSURE To release pressure from the tank turn the tank upside down and then squeeze the flow control lever until all the air pressure is gone If your sprayer is clogged and the pressure will not release using the flow control do the following a Place a rag over the top of the sprayer and pump b While firmly pushing down on the pump handle slowly turn counter clockwise ALW
