6. 1 on the flow control C while pulling back on the lever O To spray continuously squeeze the lever 1 on the flow control C and slide forward to lock in place O If your sprayer has an adjustable cone nozzle screw it clockwise for a fine mist and counter clockwise for a coarse stream MT lt lt If your sprayer has a pressure relief valve turn the yellow knob clockwise until all air pressure is gone To release pressure from the tank A turn the tank A upside down and then squeeze the lever 1 on the flow control C until all the air pressure is gone If your sprayer is clogged and the pressure will not release using the flow control place a rag over the top of the pump handle covering the top of the sprayer and while firmly pushing down on the pump handle slowly turn counter clockwise Maintenance To keep the pump working smoothly and efficiently the plunger cup needs to be stretched outward and lubricated often by applying grease or petroleum jelly around the outside of the plunger cup Also ensure that the check valve is in the bottom of the cup 1 Remove the pump assembly F from the tank A 2 Unlock the pump handle 1 and pull it out as far as it will go 3 With a flathead screwdriver push in and up on the tab from the side through the openings towards the handle of the pump F Repeat on other side of the pump F Pull up on the handle 1 and the plunger assembly should come out o
