1. Instructions 1 Wipe dirt from window s track surface and dry completely 2 Remove the nylon hex bolt 3 Peel plastic from one side of the adhesive strips Don t separate 4 Attach all 3 strips to the back of device top middle bottom 5 Remove remaining plastic from all strips 6 Firmly wedge the head of the device into the top corner of the window so it can t be moved 7 Press the device firmly into the window track or sash 8 Press in push pin and slide inner cylinder to desired position 9 Insert hex bolt into hole directly above the push pin Bolt must remain inserted at all times 10 Ready to use Adjust without removing from window Disclaimer The Lock it Block it is intended to deter intruders from entering a home through a window and to help prevent children from falling out of home windows It may not prevent a determined intruder from entering It may not prevent children from falls if used incorrectly or tampered with Failure to keep the Lock it Block it out of a child s reach could result in accidents Removable bolt must be kept out of a child s reach to prevent child from swallowing Failure to install the Lock it Block it properly and periodically insure it remains firmly adhered to and firmly wedged into the corner of window will result in the product s failure to perform as intended To protect children from falls restrict window opening to 4 inches To deter intruders restrict window opening2. to 6 inches The manufacturer and sellers are not responsible for break ins damages accidents or harm resulting from use of the Lock it Block it Not to be used other than instructed
