1. ach the WHEELS using the longer bolts Place ONE washer per bolt between the nut and the bracket Tighten with phillips head screwdriver and wrench STEP FIVE ADDING THE OIL 1 Remove OIL FILL PLUG CLEAR 2 Fill crankcase with COMPRESSOR OIL provided 3 Fill oil to the red dot on the sight gauge should take most of oil provided 4 Replace the OIL PLUG by pressing into crankcase note plug does not thread in Simply push into place as shown STEP SIX PREPARING THE AIR HOSE 1 Wrap 3 to 4 layers of THREAD SEAL TAPE to both male ends of the AIR HOSE 2 Attach a FEMALE PLUG NIPPLE to one end of the AIR HOSE 3 Attach a FEMALE COUPLER SOCKET to the opposite end of the AIR HOSE STEP SEVEN CONNECTING THE AIR HOSE Connect the AIR HOSE to the compressor by pushing the PLUG NIPPLE END into the COUPLER SOCKET attached to the compressor as shown Turn the REGULATOR KNOB RED all the way COUNTERCLOCKWISE but do not remove STEP NINE CHECK THE DRAIN PLUG Make sure DRAIN PLUG is closed by turning CLOCKWISE until stem bolt is fully extended out This is the shut off position To drain tank turn knob COUNTERCLOCKWISE STEP TEN ADD PRESSURE TO THE TANK Plug in the compressor to an outlet and turn to the ON position by pulling upward on the RED switch as shown NOTE Compressor will AUTOMATICALLY shut off when maximum tank pressure is reached Regulate outlet pressu

4. re by turning REGULATOR KNOB CLOCKWISE until desired output pressure is reached in OUTLET GAUGE SMALLER GAUGE ON RIGHT STEP TWELVE CONNECTING TOOLS Attach MALE PLUGS NIPPLES to various tools and connect tool to the COUPLER SOCKET END of AIR HOSE as shown Always use THREAD SEAL TAPE on ALL MALE THREADS AFTER Completing the Set Up Please Note the Following Operating and Safety Notes THE COMPRESSOR WILL AUTOMATICALLY CYCLE TURNING ON AND OFF during use in order to maintain tank pressure The compressor will shut off after maximum pressure is reached and then will not turn back on until pressure drops below the TURN ON pressure level of 90 PSI Most tools other than Spray Guns operate at 90 PSI Set your outlet pressure to 90 PSI for Impact Wrenches Ratchets Nailers etc Check your tools manual for operating pressure Some tools require more air than others such as impact wrenches The impact wrench will operate intermittently with the compressor for typical household tasks If stubborn bolts require the impact to cycle continuously for an extended time it may be necessary to allow the compressor to rebuild pressure before using again After monthly use the compressor tank will build up water condensation in the tank To drain the tank release all of the air pressure in the tank and then drain the tank by opening the tank drain valve counterclockwise as described in STEP 9 Refer to the Daily Ch
