6. p 40 gal cooler case pumps out 2 gph Misting Ring Stainless steel Filter 50 mesh stainless steel Water Supply POTABLE ONLY GETTING STARTED ALL UNITS Take empty cooler to location desired to be cooled Eull cooler will weigh approximately 80 Ibs Fill cooler with clean water Less water results in less run time Place the fan pump enclosure on the cooler Make sure the intake line and filter are in the bottom of the cooler Follow specific unit instructions I MID PRESSURE UNITS only the cooler is different E Follow the directions in the Getting Started section Aim mister downwind for best results If more than one mister is used arrange them in an arc Plug the GFCI safety plug into any 120 VAC 60 Hz ground outlet Test the GFI a Plug into outlet Indicator will show if power is available b Press the test button Indicator will turn off Do Not use if test fails The misting ring located in the center of the fan is equipped with nozzles The output volume of water can be reduced by replacing some of the nozzles with plugs Adjust nozzles for the desired output level After use drain the cooler case of water and store fan inside CDMP1840GRY CDMP1810YEL fan will mist for approximately 5 6 hours CDMP1840GRY fan will mist for approximately 15 hours HI PRESSURE UNITS Follow directions in the Getting Started section 2 Once the fan and base are in place and
7. the filter is at the bottom of the cooler plug in the fan and unscrew any nozzle Turn the unit to the on position 4 When water consistently flows through the nozzle opening turn the ring valve to the closed position the ring valve is shipped in the open position and screw the nozzle back in by hand tightening Once the nozzle is in turn the ring valve back to open 6 Turn the switch to get the desired speed This step is optional as some customers prefer to run just the pump with no fan CDHP1840GRY will mist for approximately 8 hours LABELED FAN Nozzles Cooler Lid Cooler Case MAINTENANCE Filter e Filter should be cleaned before and after each use e Adirty filter will restrict water flow and could cause permanent damage Nozzles e Check nozzles regularly to assure the best performance e The fog exiting from the nozzles should have an even cone shape If this is not the case the nozzles should be replaced e Clogged nozzles can be cleaned by removing them from the misting hub and soaking them in CLR solution or slam them against a hard surface to break the buildup loose If they still fail to work replace them with the provided spare nozzles e Before reinstalling nozzles flush water line to misting hub 11 TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEM Not Misting e Make sure hose is at the bottom of the cooler and the filter is completely submerged in water e Run thr
