Philips screwdriver m For the best stability fill the Sand Box with sand Step 3 Attach Support Brackets to Base E Attach three Support Brackets loosely to Base with three medium bolts inserted through Support Brackets into the Base 3 Medium Bolts Step 6 Attach Reflector Studs to Screen Cover E inset 3 Reflector Studs through washers and into screen cover Tighten studs securely Step 4 Attach Post to Support Brackets O Install Post onto three Support Brackets Attach Post to Support Brackets using six large bolts 3 Reflector Studs 3 Large Flat Washers amp six small flange nuts T Large Bolts Step 7 Attach Head Assembly to Post ty Unscrew 4 Small Bolts and 4 Lock Washers pre assembled in Head Assembly 6 Small Flange Nuts 4 Lock Washers y Small Bolts Fully tighten all of the hardware O Head Assembly Load Head Assembly by inserting hose into post E Insert Head Assembly into post E Control knob should be above decal on post 9 Small Screws E Screw on cap Nut loosely Attach Head Assembly to post and loosely install four small bolts and washers Tighten bolts securely Step 8 Install Reflector E Slide Reflector Plate E Screw on cap Nut loosely onto Reflector Panels E Insert one Small Screw Note If necessary for proper alignment of reflector sections loosen each screw prior to further assembly and r

10. etighten after sections are aligned E Slide two Reflector Insert one Small Panels together Screw Repeat procedure to complete the assembly of all four sections Fully tighten all of the screws in the rolled edge step 9 Attach Reflector Assembly to Studs Support Heater E Slide 3 Large Flat Washers over threaded end of oa By O 3 Wing Nuts 6 Large Flat Washers u Piace Reflector Assembly on 3 studs Install 3 Large Flat Washers on Studs and securely tighten Wing Nuts Do not over tightan Step 10 Connect Hose amp Regulator to Cylinder E You must provide i propane gas and propane cylinder Use a standard 20 b propane eylinder only Use this heater only with a propane vapor withdrawal supply system See Chapter 5 of the Standard for Storage and Handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gas ANSI NFPA 58 Your local library or fire department will have this book E minimum supply pressure of 17 0 W C is required for the purpose of input adjustment for propane gas The pressure regulator and hose assembly supplied with the appliance must be used The installation must conform with local codes or in the absence of local codes with National Fuel Gas Code ANSI 2223 1 A dented rusted or damaged propane cylinder may be hazardous and should be checked by your cylinder supplier Never use a propane cylinder with a damaged valve connection The propane cylinder must be c
