PRISMLUX Ver 3 Rev 2 12 2014 8 Press the Anti water strip 14 on to the vertical edge of the Stationary glass 03 Press the Bottom anti water strip 15 on the bottom edge of the Glass door 02 Get three measurements e from the top edge of the Glass door 02 to the top edge of the upper Hinge 05 e from the bottom edge of the upper Hinge to the top edge of the bottom Hinge e from the bottom edge of the bottom Hinge to the surface of the shower base Cut the Side strip 13 according to the measurements Press the cut strip on to the vertical edge of the Glass door See Fig 12 for details Fig 11 gutsif XXX Inside Inside PRISMLUX Ver 3 Rev 2 12 2014 9 After final adjustment is complete secure both Stationary glasses Assemble the Bottom brackets 12 onto the bottom of the Stationary glasses Drill the holes in the Shower base through the holes in the flange of the Bottom brackets using 1 8 drill bit Fasten the bottom brackets with the Round head screw ST4 2x25 08 Cover the screw with the Decorative covers 10 Install the Handle 06 to the Glass door 02 See Fig 13 for details 10 Apply t2. Model No wl W2 SHEN GL2211 343410 34 3 8 34 3 8 SHEN GL2211 363610 36 3 8 36 3 8 SHEN GL2211 383810 38 38 SHEN GL2211 404010 40 3 8 40 3 8 See Fig 3 for details 3 Place the Stationary glass 01 and 03 on the Shower base butt it up against the wall and level it vertically See Fig 4 for details Note Make sure the Stationary glass is plumb and level Measure from the finished corner to the outside of the glass as shown Fig 4 PRISMLUX Ver 3 Rev 2 12 2014 4 Outline the position of the Wall brackets 11 on the wall Set the Stationary glasses 01 and 03 aside Remove the Wall bracket from the Stationary glass and by placing it back to the outlined position mark the drilling holes on the wall Drill the holes in the wall using 5 16 drill bit and insert the Wall anchors 07 for the Wall brackets Fasten the Wall brackets to the wall using the Round head screw ST4 2x55 09 See Fig 5 for details 5 Place the Stationary glasses 01 and 03 back into the designated position assemble the Wall brackets 14 and tighten the bolts See Fig 6 and Fig 7 for details 95 16 Fig 6

PRISMLUX Ver 3 Rev 2 12 2014 6 Locate the Support bar 04 1 4 Adjust the bar to a proper position on the glass and the N wall Level it horizontally Hold it firmly and outline the bracket s position on the wall Remove the Support bar and detach the wall bracket from it Place the wall bracket against its outlined position on the wall and mark the drilling hole 2 pela Drill the hole using 5 16 drill bit insert the Wall anchor 07 and fasten the wall bracket to the wall with the N Countersunk screw ST4 2x40 17 Attach the Support bar to the wall as shown on Fig 8 5 and tighten the set screws and the glass holding screw to secure the glass See Fig 8 and Fig 9 for details x Fig 8 PRISMLUX Ver 3 Rev 2 12 2014 Fig 9 7 Attach the Hinges 05 to the Hinged stationary glass 01 with the decorative bolts facing inside the shower Bring the Glass door 02 into the Shower base between the two stationary glasses Level up the Glass door next to the Hinged stationary glass and fasten the hinges on the Glass Door Make sure the top edges of the Glass door and the Stationary glasses are aligned See Fig 10 and Fig 11 for details
