1. 09 30 year Limited Warranty 30 year warranty on motor Attach receipt here for easy location Product Model No Date of Purchase This warranty is valid for the VENTO products that are purchased from an authorized retailer in U S A and installed in U S A only VENTO warrants its DC motor excluding sensor wire to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use within 30 year after the date marked on the fan body VENTO also warrants that all other fan parts excluding any glass or battery to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use within one year after the date marked on the fan body To obtain warranty service you must present a copy of the receipt as proof of purchase All costs of removing and reinstalling the product are your responsibility Damage to any part such as by accident or acts of God or fire or civil unrest or misuse or improper installation or by affixing any accessories is not covered by this warranty Because of varying climatic conditions this warranty does not cover any changes in brass finish including rusting pitting corroding tarnishing or peeling Brass finishes of this type give their longest useful life when protected from varying weather conditions Acertainamountof wobble is normal and should not be considered a defect Servicing performed by unauthorized persons shall render the warranty invalid There is no other express warran

9. ited Warranty 99 Trouble shooting 08 Problem A Fan do not start Remedies 1 Check the transmitter and confirm whether there is any battery poor contact or coming off Replace battery if necessary 2 Turn off power and check wiring connection Problem B Excessively noise Remedies 1 Check all the screws to see whether they are completely tightened 2 Check to make sure mounting bracket is installed properly 3 Fan with light kit Check to make sure light kit and glass are tight and installed properly Problem C Serious wobble Remedies 1 Check and make sure that all the blades are completely fixed or not 2 Check all the screws on the downrod are tightened or not 3 If the above mentioned remedies can t eliminate the wobble use the clip from balancing metal to make sure the position Stick the balancing weight on the opposite side of the mark place Maintenance Care of Your Fan Here are some suggestions to help you maintain your fan 1 Because of the fan s natural movement some connections may become loose Check the support connections brackets and blade attachments twice a year Make sure they are secure It is not necessary to remove fan from ceiling 2 Clean your fan periodically to help maintain its new appearance over the years Do not use water when cleaning this could damage the motor or possibly cause an electrical shock Use only a soft bruch of lint free cloth to avoid scratching the finish
