3. ire connection 3 Check wiring 4 Faulty switch 4 Test or replace switch Fuse blows or circuit Crossed wires or power wire Check wire connections breaker trips when light is grounding out is turned on PRODUCT MAINTENANCE 1 To clean the outside of the fixture use a dry or slightly dampened clean cloth use clean water never a solvent to wipe the glass and surface of the fixture 2 To clean the inside of the fixture first disconnect power to the fixture by turning off the circuit breaker or by removing the fuse at the fuse box Next use a dry or slightly dampened clean cloth use clean water never a solvent to wipe the inside glass and interior surface of the fixture 3 Do notuse any cleaners with chemicals solvents or harsh abrasives Use only a dry soft cloth to dust or wipe carefully LIMITED WARRANTY The manufacturer warrants this lighting fixture to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five 5 years from date of purchase This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and only to products used in normal use and service If this product is found to be defective the manufacturer s only obligation and your exclusive remedy is the repair or replacement of the product at the manufacturer s discretion provided that the product has not been damaged through misuse abuse accident modifications alterations neglect or mishandling This warranty shall not apply to any product t
4. river Electrical tape Wire cutters Page 3 PARTS INCLUDED FOR ASSEMBLY parts are not to scale e AI er 5 Screw 3 SRod1 42 5Rod 2 7 5 Metal Tube 4 1 Bottom Cap 8 O 1 Finial 9 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1 2 Shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box if necessary remove old fixture and all mounting hardware from outlet box Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts on a clear area Take care not to lose any small parts necessary for installation Secure the Light Cluster Assembly 1 onto the Fixture Body 6 and pull the wire until taut Upside down the fixture place five pieces Rod 2 7 in to each bracket located at bottom of Fixture Body 6 and connected by Bottom Cap 8 and secure them using Finial 9 Note Make sure the top end of Rod 2 7 be slide into the bracket on bottom of Fixture Body 6 and the bottom end of Rod 2 8 be located into the notch of Bottom Cap 8 all of Rods are in proper position Upside down the fixture again slot the Rod 1 2 with Screw to the Keyhole located at the top of Light Cluster Assembly 1 then connect the other end of Rod 1 2 to Fixture Body 6 and secure with Screw 3 Do the same with the rest Rod 1 2 Place the Metal Tube 4 over the Socket 5 Page 4 ASSEMBLY 1 Light Cluster Assembly 8 Bottom cap 9 Finial Page 5 PARTS INCLUDED FOR INSTALLATION par
5. ts are not to scale 1 Ground Screw 15 3 Wire Connectors 20 1 Lock Washer 18 2 Outlet Box Screw 16 i 1 Nipple 14 1 Ceiling Loop with Chain 13 1 Quick Link 10 1 Lock Collar 11 N E3 1 Hex Nut 19 1 Canopy 12 1 Crossbar 17 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 1 Thread Nipple 14 into ceiling Loop 13 until snug 2 Thread other end of Nipple with ceiling loop attached into crossbar 17 until snug 3 Place Lock Washer 18 over end of Nipple 14 protruding through crossbar and thread Hex Nut 19 onto nipple until tight 4 Take the crossbar assembly and mount to outlet box 21 with outlet box screws 16 Tighten screws securely with screwdriver 5 By measuring determine correct number of links needed for proper hanging height Use a pair of pliers to open one end link of the chain and discard un wanted chain Don t disregard the Quick Link linked at the end of Chain 6 Slip Canopy 12 and Lock Collar 11 through over the Ceiling Loop with Chain 13 then connect the other end of Ceiling Loop with Chain 13 to Fixture Loop by using Quick Link 10 7 Lace the fixture s wires through the chain links and pull until taut Feed the fixture wires through the Lock Collar Canopy Ceiling Loop and Nipple and pull until taut 8 Connect the ribbed wire from the fixture to the Neutral wire from the outlet box 21 and the smooth wire from the fixture to the hot wire from the outlet bo
6. x 21 Cover the two wire connections using the two provided wire connectors 20 Wrap the two wire connections with electrical tape for a more secure connection If your outlet box has a ground wire green or bare copper connect fixture s ground wire to it using the wire connector 20 Otherwise connect the copper ground from the fixture to Ground screw 15 on the Crossbar 17 Note If you have electrical questions consult your local electrical code for approved grounding methods 9 Tuck these wire connections neatly into the ceiling junction box and then raise the canopy all the way to the ceiling Raise the Lock Collar and thread onto Ceiling Loop protruding through Canopy 10 Install the proper light bulbs not include for your fixture DO NOT EXCEED THE SPECIFIED WATTAGE 11 Installation is complete Turn on the power at the circuit breaker or fuse box Turn the light switch on to activate the fixture Page 6 INSTALLATION 21 Outlet Box 20 Wire Connector 19 Hex Nut 18 Lock Washer 17 Crossbar 16 Outlet Box Screw Ground Wire Neutral Wire Ribbed Hot Wire Smooth 14 Nipple 15 Ground Screw 13 Ceiling Loop with Chain 10 Quick Link 1 Fixture Loop Page 7 TROUBLESHOOTING Possible Cause Corrective Action Bulb will not light 1 Bulb is burned out 1 Replace light bulb 2 Power is off 2 Make sure power supply is on 3 Faulty w
