INSTRUCTIONS PF40 5LBR CH PF61 5LBR CH KENDAL PF41 5LBR CH PF62 5LBR CH LIGHTING INC PF42 5LBR CH eeee PF43 5LBR CH Safety Instructions CAUTION All electrical connections should be done by a qualified electrician Follow and save these instructions Always disconnect power at circuit breaker or unplug from wall outlet before servicing Warning Replace with lamps suitable for use in open fixture Unpack your fixture you should have the following items D G9 50W bulb 5PCS E glass shade 5PCS Parts bag 1 Anchor 2PCS 2 Screws 2PCS 3 Wire nuts 3PCS 4 Tool 2PCS Attach the mounting plate to junction box with screws Mounting plate Before installation to ceiling adjust fixtures to desired length by pushing wire up into canopy then coiling up excess wire minor adjustment can be made after installation To lower or lengthen wire depress button sleeve located where wire comes out of canopy Connect the GROUND WIRE from junction box to GROUND with from fixture by using a wire nut Or attach them to the mounting plate with a green ground screw Connect the NEUTRAL WIRE from junction box to NEUTRAL or WHITE wire from fixture with a wire Neutral wire nut Connect the LINE WIRE from junction box to LINE or BLACK wire from fixture with a White wire nut Line wire Black Ground wire Copper or green Canopy Attach the canopy to the mounting plate with screws provided Cap nut Install the G9 50W bul2. b Install the glass on the lampholder Do not over tighten lt Glass shade
