1. al 1 iL STRUCTION chi 7 INSTALLATION INSTRUC is IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Power at the main fuse box should be disconnected before installing the fixture The fixture ground wire bare or green insulated wire is NOT connected to current carrying wires SNo bare wires are exposed outside the wire connectors When joining current carrying wires The insulation on any of the wires has not been damaged during installation No rough or sharp edges are in contact with any of the wires Fixtures wires are connected to the proper house supply wires If you have any doubts about which house supply wire is white and which is black contact a licensed electrician Light bulbs with wattage no greater than those specified for the fixture ae used Power is off when installing light bulb into the fixture STEPS 1 Open the folded arms evenly and thread the Loop to the coupling 2 Use 2pes quick links to connect between chain and Loop then put the chain go through the hole of the top nut and canopy 3 Fasten the crossbar to the outlet box by using two screws supplied with the outlet box 4 Thread the Nipple to the cross bar with washer and hex nut 5 Grounding instructions If your outlet box is provided with a ground wire green or bare copper only attach this wire and the copper wire from the fixture to the green ground screw by wrapping both wires under the head of the screw and tightening screw If your o2. utlet box is not provided with a ground wire attach only the bare copper wire from the fixture to the green ground screw Connect the wires from the fixture to the power supply wires as below Make Place the canopy over the outlet box and screw top loop and top nut to nipple Screw the pipe into the coupling with hex nut and adjust the position of the hex nuts for assembly Install bulbs Please don t exceed the maximum capacity in which is recommended on the socket label 10 Attach metal washer plastic washer glass plastic washer metal washer then screw with hex nut onto the pipe Attach the bottom cover anto the pipe then screw with the Finial 11 Installation is now completed then tun it on See Make wire connections 1 Place the ribbed wire from the fixture evenly against the white wire from the outlet box 2 Fit the connector over the ends of the two wires and screw the connector clockwise until you feel a firmness 3 Try gently to pull the connector off the wires If you can pull the connector off carefully redo step I and 2 above and check again for a firm connection 4 Connect the smooth wire from the fixture to the black wire from the outlet box in the same manner Warning Do not attach any other wires besides the green or bare copper wire to the grounding screw
