Assembly Instructions Venetian Mini Chandelier MX2019 WARNING BE SURE TO SHUT OFF POWER AT THE MAIN FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER BOX BEFORE INSTALLING OR SERVICING THIS FIXTURE NOTE Before installing consult local electrical codes for wiring and grounding requirements For Swag Light Ceiling Hook 1 Open the hardware package which is marked For a ee Swag Light 2 Installing two ceiling hooks on ceiling One of them must be fastened on the edge of ceiling as Fig 1 Cs For plaster or plaster board ceilings See Fig 2 Switch a Drill a 5 8 hole in the ceiling where it is to be installed P b Thread the nipple into the ceiling hook m c Secure the toggle bolt on to the nipple Plug d Measure the thickness of ceiling squeeze two flaps of toggle bolt together and adjust the length L from For Swag Light Fig 1 toggle bolt to ceiling hook as you measured e Insert the toggle bolt through the drilled hole to hook onto ceiling and secure the ceiling hook tightenly For wood ceilings minimum thickness size is 3 4 See Fig 3 Toggle Bolt a Select a place on the ceiling where a wood beam E Nipple exists b Thread the dry wall screw into the ceiling hook c Screw the assembly ceiling hook into the wood beam A 3 Cut the grounding wire near the loop 4 Take a certain length of chain you need then hang the links of chain to the ceiling hooks 5 Thread the fixture c
2. ng the loop lock Fixture Grounding 10 Pull out the outlet wires and fixture house grounding Wire wire from the outlet box Make wire connections with Chain wire nuts iE Loop Lock Fixture Wire he smooth wire marked from the fixture to the kh Loop black wire from the power source WD The ridged wire unmarked from the fixture to the TT white wire from the power source Aitach the fixture grounding wire to the mounting strap with the green grounding screw Then connect J b b Ie it to the house grounding wire with the wire nut Carefully put the wires back into the outlet box 11 Attach the canopy to the mounting strap by inserting the top loop then secure it with the collar 12 Attach the candle tubes and crystal caps onto the sockets Then install bulbs not included See relamping label at socket area or packaging for dN NS Mell A maximum allowed wattage nce Z es TK 13 Install the crystal drops as shown in diagram I e Note To replace broken crystal drops Open the pins to remove the crystal drops hook the new crystal drops and then close back pins Avoid bending the pins into sharp angle 14 Turn on the power at the main fuse or circuit breaker Dox Page 2
