1. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION FOR FIXTURE 6621 613 READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS WARNING SHUT OFF THE POWER AT FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER MOUNTING THE FIXTURE 1 Shut off the power supply at the fuse box or circuit Wiring See fig 2 breaker box Remove the old fixture from wall 1 Connect the electrical wires as follows Connect the Including the old cross bar black wire from the fixture to the black HOT house 2 Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the wire Connect the white wire from the fixture to the parts in a clear area Take care not to lose any small white Neutral house wire Make sure all the wire parts necessary for installation nuts were secured You may wrap the connections 3 Attach the mounting plate A to the outlet box using with electrical tape If your outlet box has a ground the outlet box screws B The side of the mounting wire Green or Bare Copper connect fixture s plate marked GND must face out ground wire to it Other wise attach the bare copper 4 Follow the wiring instructions carefully See Fig 2 fixture wire to the green ground screw on the 5 Attach the fixture back plate D over the mounting mounting plate plate A well and secure with mounting screws E at 2 Tuck the wire connections neatly into the wall top and bottom junction box 6 Put the glass shade I spacer ring F over the socket J and secure with socket ring G using the Fig 2 socket ring tool C FIXTURE 7 Ins2. tall the bulb in accordance with fixture s A OR specifications DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXMUM WATTAGE RATING GROUND HOUSE WIRES GREEN OR BARE fhe RING TOOL C IE SOCKET RING G Your installation is now complete Return power to the juction box and test the fixture PACER RING F LASS SHADE ap american c us uclalelate association Intertek
