1. POWER OFF A TING THE FIXTURE including Patent and or Cop yright laws INSTALLATION Fig 1 1 Shut off the power at the circuit breaker and remove the old fixture from ceiling including the old crossbar 2 Carefully unpack the new fixture and lay all the parts ona clear surface 3 Attach the crossbar to the junction box using two junction nox i screws Size 8 32 1 L The side of the crossbar marked GND must face out 4 Thread the nipple part way into the center hole of the crossbar and secure with the hex nut 5 Follow wiring instructions carefully see fig 2 6 Feed the nipple through the back plate of the lamp body D screwing the cap nut E from the face side to secure the nipple to the fixture Turn the cap nut and nipple to thread the nipple into the center hole of the crossbar and lock the lamp body D using the cap nut 7 Place the glass shade C and the socket ring B onto the socket of the fixture body D then securely tighten the socket ring B using the wrench A The wrench A is a tool when the installation is complete it must be removed 8 Install the light bulbs not included in accordance with the fixture s specifications DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING NE PAS DEPA y LA PUISSANCET NOM INALE MAXIMALEN Fig 1 Set At A 016 Crossbar j Ground screw Supply Threaded Junction box screws 2 Ground Wire Nipple Cr2.
