1. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR 1474 362 WARNING SHUT POWER OFF AT FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER AVERTISSEMENT COUPER LE COURANT AU NIVEAU DES FUSIBLES OU DU DISJONCTEUR ASSEMBLING THE FIXTURE Fig 2 1 Shut off the power at the fuse box or circuit breaker If necessary Cpe en OF on Ce xe remove the old fixture mecluding the mounting hardware Carefully unpack the new fixture and lay all the parts on a ckar area Take care not to lose any parts necessary for mstallation Secure the loop 7 to the top of the fixture body MM Thread the pipe mpple 0 inte bottom center of the fixture beddy M and lock it securely with the hex nut iN Attach the fimal base PF to bottom of the fixture body Mj alignimg the hole with pape mipple and screw it with ball mut Place the tube L over the socket of the fixture body MM Hook the end of beads K te the loop of the fixture body M_1 TG THE PTA TURE Fie 1 Thread the nipple 7 mto the loop F until snug Thread the other end of the mpple Cc with the loop attached into the grossbar D until smug Place the lock washer B over end of the nipple C protruding through the crossbar and thread the hex nut 4 onte the nipple uitttal ta hit Take the crossbar assembly and mount to ceding junction box with the junction box screws EH Size 8 32 1 L Tighten the screws securely with a screwdriver Use proper cham phers to open one end lmk of the cham and co2. 3. nnect to the fixture loop 7 Close the link By measuring determine correct number of links needed for proper hanging height Using proper chain plers to disconect and discard Temamme clam Lace the fixture wires through the chain Shp loop collar A and the canopy 4 and the canopy 1 over the cham pen the other end lk of the cham and bang the fixture on the loop at the ceiling Close the lnk Feed the fixture wires through the loop F and nipple C and pull until tig hat CONNECTING THE WIRES Fig 3 l Connect the electrical wire as shown in figure 3 making sure that All Wire commectorsa are secured IY your outlet has a ground wire areen or bare copper commect the fixtures ground wire to it If the function box has no ground wire attach the bare copper fixture wire to the green ground serew Screw 8 32 3 8 L on the crossbar Tuck the wie connections neatly inte the ceiling junction box COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION Fig 2 18 Lo Raise the canopy 1 and the canopy G all the way to the ceiling then raise the loop collar A and thread into ceding loop protruding through canopy Install the beht bulbs not meluded in accordance wath the fixture s specihiicalions DO WOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING NE PAS DEPASSER LA PUISSANCE NOMINALE MAXIMALE Your installation 1s now complete Returm power to the junction box and test the fixture Fig 3 FIXTURE 3 FIXTURE y FI
