1. Track Head Installation Instructions Please read carefully and save these instructions as you may need them at a SAFETY WARNING RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK Disconnect the electrical supply circuit to the track Before installing light kit GENERAL All electrical connections must be in accordance with local codes ordinances or national electrical codes If you are unfamiliar with methods of installing electrical wiring secure the services of a qualified electrician Before starting installation disconnect the power by turning off the circuit breaker or removing the fuse at fuse box NOTE the important safeguards and instructions appearing in this manual are not meant to cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur It must be understood that common sense caution and care are factors which cannot be built into any product These factors must be supplied by the person s installing this unit Track Head Installation For installation with EC series amp HB series track only READ amp SAVE Before starting the installation disconnect the power by turning off the circuit breaker or by removing the appropriate fuse at the fuse box Turning the power off using the light switch is not sufficient to prevent electrical shock Note For glass shade fixtures please clip push the smaller opening of the glass shade onto the socket bracket INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL OF TRACK HEAD REFER TO FIG 2 INSTALLATION 1 Push th2. INSTALACION Y DESMONTAJE DEL CABEZAL DEL RIEL VEA LA FIG 2 INSTALACION 1 Introduzca a presi n la porci n superior del adaptador del cabezal en la ranura de la secci n del riel 2 Tire del manguito de bloqueo del adaptador hacia abajo 3 Gire la pesta a indicadora de tierra hacia la acanaladura de tierra del riel para alinearla con el conductor de tierra 4 El adaptador se puede mover a cualquier posici n a lo largo de la secci n del riel El artefacto luminoso se ajusta a cualquier posici n DESMONTAJE 1 Tire del manguito de bloqueo del adaptador hacia abajo 2 Al mismo tiempo gire el adaptador 90 grados y desm ntelo del riel INSTALACI N Y REMOCI N DE LA LAMPARA 1 Para insertar la l mpara alinee los 2 polos de la misma con los orificios del portal mpara Gire la l mpara hasta que quede sujeta Vea las Figs 2 y 3 F a FO S 2 Remoci n de la l mpara a Para cambiar la l mpara sin la herramienta especial sostenga el artefacto con una mano coloque la palma de la otra sobre el cristal de la l mpara y haga presi n firmemente Gire la l mpara en sentido antihorario hasta que se 12 suelte del portalampara Coloque la nueva lampara segun el paso 1 precedente n st r u C C l O n es d e n sta ac l O n b En caso de que se suministre la herramienta especial para cambio de l mpara sostenga el cabezal del riel con una mano y la herramienta con la otra Pegue la herramienta en el cristal de la l mpara hasta que quede su

4. e top portion of the head adapter into the slot of the track section 2 Pull down the adapter s locking sleeve 3 Turn Ground indicator tab towards the ground groove on track to align ground tab with ground conductor 4 Adapter can move to any position along the track section Lighting fixture will adjust to any position REMOVAL 1 Pull down the adapter s locking sleeve 2 Atthe same time rotate the adapter 90 degrees and remove from track INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL OF BULB 1 To insert bulb align the 2 poles on the bulb to the socket holes Rotate the bulb until it is secured see fig 2 and 3 2 Removal of bulb a To re lamp without a relamping tool hold the fixture by one hand and place your palm of the other hand on the light bulb lens and press firmly Rotate the bulb counter clockwise until it is loosen form the socket Re lamp with new bulb following 1 above Or if supplied use the re lamping tool by holding the track head with one hand and the re lamping tool with the other stick the re lamping tool on the lamp lens until it is secure Use it to rotate the light bulb counter clockwise until it is loosen from the socket Re lamp with new bulb following 1 above c Replace the track head onto the track Pull down the locking sleeve and reverse the 1 4 turn lt O a CAUTION Refer to the relamping label located near the lamp holder for recommended maximum wattage Do not exceed recommended wattage
