1. nunca sumerja el transformador en el agua PRECAUCION e Utilice una fuente de energ a adecuada como se indica en la etiqueta de la bomba No exponga el cable a altas temperaturas ni a fuentes de calor e Mantenga la fuente fuera del alcance de los ni os e Sila fuente est colocada en una zona donde caen heladas extraiga el agua de la base y de la estatuilla tambi n extraiga la estatuilla y la bomba y almac nelas en interiores durante las heladas e Antes de manipular la bomba siempre descon ctela de la fuente de energ a e No deje que la bomba funcione en seco e No tire del cable para levantar la bomba e No haga funcionar la bomba con l quidos calientes e Utilice s lo agua dulce e La bomba debe estar completamente sumergida para funcionar y refrigerarse correctamente RENDIMIENTO e Un filtro de entrada obstruido o sucio reducir el rendimiento Si se utiliza la bomba sobre una superficie sucia lev ntela ligeramente para reducir la cantidad de escombros en contacto con la ingesta Si el flujo es menos deseada ajuste la palanca de control de flujo en el lado de la bomba o restringir el flujo de descarga e No deje que la bomba funcione cuando no est sumergida en el agua Si lo hace puede da ar la bomba Siempre sumerja la primera bomba y a continuaci n ench felo a una toma de corriente el ctrica e Al principio la bomba no puede bombear el agua porque no hay aire en la bomba y el tubo Extraiga el2. cable de la toma de corriente el ctrica en varias ocasiones y va a funcionar bien a la vez e La bomba se entregar a trav s de un dispositivo de corriente residual RCD con una corriente residual de funcionamiento no superior a 30 mili amperios CUIDADO Y MANTENIMIENTO e Es necesario limpiar con frecuencia la bomba seg n el ambiente en donde se la utilice Limpie la bomba cuando est sucia o cuando el rendimiento decaiga notablemente e Antes de limpiar la fuente siempre desconecte la bomba de la fuente de energ a e Extraiga todas las partes de la bomba y l mpielas con agua tibia y jab n e Desarme la caja de la bomba y extraiga la caja del propulsor a fin de poner el impulsor a la vista Hale cuidadosamente las hojas del propulsor y extraiga el ensamblado del propulsor Utilice un pa o o un cepillo suaves para limpiar el ensamblado del propulsor y la parte interior de la caja del impulsor GUIA PARA LA SOLUCION DE PROBLEMAS Si la bomba no funciona e Compruebe que el cable de alimentaci n est enchufado y que la bomba est recibiendo energ a e Controle que la salida de la bomba las tuber as las fuentes los surtidores de agua etc no est n deformados ni tengan obstrucciones e Extraiga la pantalla interior la cubierta de la bomba y la caja del propulsor a fin de poner el propulsor a la vista Gire el propulsor y aseg rese de que no est da ado ni contenga alguna pieza atascada Si el rendimiento

10. lace entire pump cord assembly if damage is found Do not exceed voltage shown on pump CAUTION Use proper power source as indicated on the pump label Keep the cord away from high temperature or heat source Keep any fountain that is used with the pump out of the reach of children If fountain is in a freeze area remove water from base and statuette Also remove and store the statuette and pump indoors during freezing conditions Always disconnect from electrical outlet before handling the pump Do not let pump run dry Do not lift the pump by its power cord Do not pump heated liquids Operate in fresh water only Pump must be completely submerged for proper operation and cooling PERFORMANCE A clogged or dirty intake screen will greatly reduce performance If the pump is used on a dirty surface raise it slightly to reduce the amount of debris contacting the intake If less flow is desired adjust the flow control lever on the side of the pump or restrict the discharge flow Do not let the pump run when not submerged in water Doing so may damage the pump Always submerge the pump first and then plug it into an electrical outlet At first the pump might not pump water because there is air in the pump and tube Pull the cord out of the electrical outlet several times and it will work well at once The pump is to be supplied through a Residual Current Device RCD with a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30
