PIN 7 or the WEIGHT BAR 10 PAGE 11 WEIDER SPORTING GOODS STEP 7 37 5 16 X 5 HEX HEAD BOLT 40 1 4 NYLON LOCK NUT 142 1 4 X2 ROUND HEAD MACHINE SCREW 51 STOPPER PIN 11 2 SQUARE PLASTIC INSERT CAP 58 sa RouNDPLAsTICINSERTCAP Ta 3 1 8 0 0 X 2 LONG PLASTIC SLEEVE BUTTERFLY ASSEMBLY There are two Butterfly attachments with this unit RIGHT BUTTERFLY 20 and a LEFT BUTTERFLY 21 Instructions are given for one and are repeated to assemble the other O Assemble the end with the hole of the 3 4 X 9 BUTTERFLY PAD BAR 22 into the large hole in the side and at the upper end of the Butterfly Frame Assemble this into the side of the Frame which does not have the welded round tube Aligning bolt holes and using a 1 4 X 2 MACHINE SCREW 42 bolt down through the top of the Butterfly Frame and then through the Butterfly Pad Bar Secure with a 1 4 NYLON LOCK NUT 40 Press a 3 4 ROUND PLASTIC INSERT CAP 58 into the end of the BUTTERFLY PAD BAR 22 Slide a 3 X 5 1 2 FOAM ROLLER PAD 11 onto the end of the Butterfly Pad Bar Again a small amount of liquid dish detergent will help with this assembly At the other end of the Butterfly Frame there is a large angled hole on the inside of the Frame Assemble the end of the BUTTERFLY WEIGHT PIN 1 X 10 1 2 23 with the hole into the large hole on the inside of the Frame Using a 5 16 X 5 HEX HEAD
4. to the store simply contact Weider Customer Assistance at 1 800 225 0653 Monday Friday 8 a m 5 p m CST All parts and service inquiries should be directed to Weider Sporting Goods Parts Service Department 900 West St John Street Olney Illinois 62450 PAGE 5 WEIDER SPORTING GOODS STEP 1 FRAME ASSEMBLY L Begin by pressing 2 SQUARE PLASTIC INSERT CAPS 55 into the bottom ends of the UPRIGHT 1 30 5 16 NYLON LOCK NUT 31 5 16 X2 1 2 HEAD BOLT 39 5 16 X2 1 4 HEX HEAD BOLT 55 2 SQUARE PLASTIC INSERT CAP 56 11 2 SQUARE PLASTIC INSERT CAP L Align the BASE FRAME 2 with the UPRIGHT 1 and secure using 5 16 X 2 1 2 HEX HEAD BOLTS 31 to bolt through the bracket of the Base Frame and into the front of the Upright Secure with 5 16 NYLON LOCK NUTS 30 C Assemble the MAIN FRAME 3 to the UPRIGHT 1 and BASE FRAME 2 by positioning the rear U bracket of the Main Frame over the cross member tube of the Upright and positioning the front U bracket over the Base Frame tube C Secure the rear U bracket at the UPRIGHT 1 using 5 16 X 2 1 4 HEX HEAD BOLTS 39 to bolt through the U bracket and then through the front of the Upright Secure with 5 16 NYLON LOCK NUTS 30 L Secure the front U bracket at the BASE FRAME 2 using a 5 16 X 2 1 4 HEX HEAD BOLT 39 and bolting through the U bracket and then through the Base Frame Secure with a 5 16 NYLON L

BOLT 37 bolt through the Butterfly Frame and then through the Weight Pin Assemble a 1 2 X 3 LONG PLASTIC SPACER 69 onto the Bolt end and secure with a 5 16 NYLON LOCK NUT 30 L Press a 1 ROUND PLASTIC INSERT CAP 59 into the end of the WEIGHT PIN 23 Slide a WEIGHT STOP 71 over the Weight Pin until it is against the Butterfly Frame C Assemble a 1 1 8 O D X 2 LONG a6 PLASTIC SLEEVE 72 over the Welded Round Tube on the Butterfly 51 Frame Slide the entire assembly now into the Welded Tube Bracket on the UPRIGHT 1 0 insert the STOPPER PIN 51 into end first making sure the side of the Stopper Pin that has a raised section is aligned with the hole in the Welded Butterfly Round Tube Push the Stopper Pin into the Welded Butterfly Tube until it clicks into place as the raised section exits the hole the center of the assembly rounded Press a 7 8 ROUND PLASTIC INSERT CAP 60 into the Welded Butterfly Round Tube C Press a 1 1 2 SQUARE PLASTIC INSERT CAP 56 into the top end of the Butterfly Frame WELDED TUBE BRACKET 72 WELDED BUTTERFLY ROUND TUBE

INSIDE 61 into the upper end of the LEG EXTENSION 8 Position the LEG EXTENSION 8 between the Leg Extension Brackets on the MAIN FRAME 3 Secure using a 3 8 X 2 1 2 HEX HEAD BOLT 46 to bolt through the Bracket and then through the Leg Extension Secure with a 3 8 NYLON LOCK NUT 45 DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN OR THE LEG EXTENSION WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SWING FREELY Select the WEIGHT BAR 10 a round tube 1 in diameter and 12 long with a hole in the center Press 1 ROUND PLASTIC INSERT CAPS 59 into the ends of the tube Assemble the Weight Bar into the large hole at the very end of the LEG EXTENSION 8 Align the bolt holes and secure using a 5 16 X 1 3 4 EYELET BOLT 34 to through the top of the Leg Extension and then through the Weight Bar Secure with a 5 16 NYLON LOCK NUT 30 Select the two PAD BARS 9 round tubes 3 4 in diameter and 13 1 4 long Press 3 4 ROUND PLASTIC INSERT CAPS 58 into both ends of the tubes NOTE 7o each end of the PAD BARS 9 wipe a small amount of liquid dish detergent along the length of the Bars This helps in the assembly of the Foam Roller Pads When the detergent dries it acts as an adhesive Onto one end of each PAD BAR 9 press a3 X 5 1 2 FOAM ROLLER PAD 11 Assemble one PAD BAR 9 into the lower hole location on the LEG EXTENSION 8 Assemble another 3 X 5 1 2 FOAM ROLLER PAD 11 onto the opposite end of the Bar Assemble the other PAD BAR 9 into the hole locat
