1. Wall Mount Fixture l Installation and Wiring Instructions NOTE ALWAYS TURN POWER OFF BEFORE INSTALLING LIGHTING FIXTURES IMPORTANT YOU SHOULD USE A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN TO INSTALL THIS FIXTURE Installation see Fig A Wiring see Fig B 1 Disconnect power at main electrical panei before installation 1 Split the conductors of the fixture wire about 4 inches 2 Pull Supply Wires through larger hole in Back Plate hole has Being carefull not to expose any of the wire inside of the smooth edge insulation 3 Attach Back Plate to Outlet Box using Box Screws 2 Connect the fixture ground wire to the outlet box ground provided with Outlet Box For additional stability on longer wire using wirenut not provided Conne t outlet box ground fixtures install Mounting Screws into appropriate Fasteners wire to mounting plate with GREEN hex head ground Fasteners not provided s i screw to lapped hole in mounting plate marked GND 4 Follow wiring ipstructions carefully listed below 3 Connect the half of the fixture wire that is white marked or 5 Position Coverplate over Back Plate alligning Studs with has a ribbed surface to the outlet box supply wire WHITE Coverplate holes and secure with Finial Connect the other half of the fixture wire that is black unmarked or has a smooth surface to the outlet box supply wire BLACK or RED Use wirenuts provided 7 Put the spacer into glass and secured with socket 4 Spread th2. e electrical splices so that the black wire are on one ring side of the outlet box and the white wire are on the other side a z2 Socket Ring 4 6 Put the glass shade into cup Outlet Box not provided Ground Wire Grounding Screw Green Outlet Box Screws Crossbar O O 00 Q Socket L Fig A Connect Black or Red Connect White Mie sikine House Wlre to House Wire to oe Dimples Black White Outlet Box Parallel cord SPTI amp 1l_ Paratlet cord SPTI amp Il White Supply Wire Groin Wie round amp smooth square amp ridged Clear Brown Gold or Clear Brown Gold or Black without tracer Black with tracer Insulated Wire Insulated Wire Other than GREEN Other than GREEN with copper conductor with silver conductor Fixture Ground Wire Black or Snooth Fixture Wire Black Supply Wire Fig B 7 7593 2873 SP
