Belgian Waffle Baker Use and Care Guide Grounded 3 Conductor Plug Some models have a 3prong grounded type plug This plug wil only fit into an electrical outlet made for a 3 prong plug Thisis a safety feature If the plug should fail to fit the outlet contact an electrician to replace the obsolete outlet Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature Electric Power If the electric circuit is overloaded with other appliances your appliance may not operate properly It should be operated on a separate electrical circuit from other appliances Conditioning Grids The grid surfaces being used should be conditioned before each heating that follows a cleaning To condition lightly coat the grid surfaces with solid vegetable shortening Do not use rayon oil products Plug into any 120 V 60 HZ outlet The red power on light will come on and stayon during use The green light will come on indicating that the unit is heat ing for models TWB2WBEL and TWB2WBELCAN Allowto preheat approximately 5 minutes For models TWB2BELT and TWB2032T the green light will come on when unit is preheated The green light will continue to come on and go off during use When the green light turns off unit is preheated for models TWB2WBEL and TWB2WBELCAN The grids are ready to use To protect the premium quality non stick surfaces use only plastic nylon or wooden utensils Carefully follow suggested cleaning procedures After atime if waffles show signs

10. w weffle to bake for 2 4 minutes The exact baking time will be a matter of recipe taste and your preference for browning 5 Gently lift the lid to check for brownness If lid snows resistance to lifting the waffle may not be quite done Close lid and watch for steaming to stop before checking again Remove weffle when browned using a plastic spatula If a second weffle is desired pour batter immediately and close lid 6 When finished baking unplug from the wall outlet and allow to cool before cleaning See CARE AND CLEANING Belgian Waffle Baker Use and Care Guide Belgian Weffles 2 cups all purpose flour 1 cups milk 2 4 tsp RED STAR active dry yeast 74 Cup water 2 TBL sugar 7 cup butter 1 tsp salt 3 eggs Sift all dry ingredients together in a bow and set aside In a microwave or double boiler heat the milk water and butter until very warm 120 F 130 F the butter does not need to melt Add liquid ingredients and eggs to the dry ingredients Using a hand mixer blend on low eed until moistened beat 1 minute at medium eed Cover bow with plastic wrap and foil and refrigerate several hours or overnight Use a whisk to cir batter Pour approximately cup batter onto the preheated conditioned weffle grid Close and bake Makes about 10 weffles User Maintenance Instructions This appliance requires little maintenance It contains no user serviceable parts Do not tryto repair it yourself Contact a qualified applian
