3. d the minimum is 150 degrees e Apply a styling lotion We recommend PPS professional products e Beginning at the back use clips to section the hair Take a section approximately 5cms wide and comb or brush it through Working from root to the ends place the section between the plates and squeeze the handle shut Be careful not to touch your skin e Hold the styler in place for 3 to 5 seconds depending on your hair type 3 seconds for fine hair and up to 5 seconds for thicker hair e Once the hair is heated carefully slide the styler along the direction of separated hair making sure that the hair is heated and straightened all the way to the ends e Select another section of hair and repeat the process until all the hair has been straightened e Finish with a few drops of D Frizz Smootheez Serum from PPS e Switch off the appliance and remove the plug from the power outlet Allow to cool completely before storing Creating flicks e Once the hair is heated as you work towards the end of the section of hair lift the styler up and out to create flicks e For a more choppy look choose pieces at random Auto off function For added safety your hairstyler will automatically switch off after approximately 40 minutes If you want to continue styling simply use the on off switch Switch to the off position and then immediately to the on position Please note that this is an added safety feature Always switch off after use
4. not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid unless recommended Features of your Hairstyling Iron with Ceramic Technology Finger rest Variable temperature control Handle Solid ceramic straightening plates On off switch On off neon light indicator Swivel cord Using your Styler Ceramic Heater Your hairstyler has a ceramic heater This can be seen working by the high intensity red indicator light The light comes on to show it is working and remains static for a few seconds It then flashes rapidly and when the maximum temperature is reached the light will slow to a steady flash If the styler is being used on a high heat setting and you switch to a lower setting the light will go out until the plate temperature reduces It will then work as normal e Before you start to style your hair comb through so that there are no tangles e For best results hair must be completely dry e Plug in to a suitable supply and switch the unit on The neon light will come on e There is no need to pre heat the styler The styler will get very hot very quickly so do not touch the plates with your fingers e Use the variable heat control to adjust the heat to suit your hair type Turn the dial clockwise to increase the heat and anticlockwise to decrease Use a lower heat on young or fine hair and a higher temperature on thick or curly hair e The maximum temperature reached is 200 degrees an
