The cleaning pad might be dirty Flip or change the cleaning pad If you washed the cleaning pad with powder detergent then it may be damaged and require replacement Replacement pads are available at www sharkclean com You might have left the mop in the same spot for too long Floors are cloudy Do you have hard water If you do you might want to switch to streaky or spotty distilled water after steaming This might be leftover from past cleaners used on the floor surface Use the Steam Mop a few more times and see if the leftover cloudiness is removed If this does not work we suggest rinsing the floor with water letting it dry and then steam mopping again with a clean pad One or more rinses generally removes the residue A more stubborn case may require you to rinse the floor with a mix of one part vinegar and two parts water The Pro Steam Make sure the cleaning pad is attached correctly Pocket Mop is hard Check to see if the cleaning pad is excessively dirty If so replace to push the cleaning pad 12 GS TOLL FREE 1 800 798 7398 S3601CO_N_11_IB_E_130304_4 indd 12 D 13 03 04 2 53 PM Notes www sharkclean com 13 S3601CO_N_11_IB_E_130304_4 indd 13 D 13 03 04 2 53 PM Notes 14 GS TOLL FREE 1 800 798 7398 S3601CO_N_11_IB_E_130304_4 indd 14 D 13 03 04 2 53 PM e EURO PRO ONE 1 YEAR LIMITED WARRAN
