3. ay pull out of your wall and the gate will become unsafe to use 1 Begin by taking 1 of the Plastic Wall Spacers and placing it against the wall just above the baseboard where you want the gate to be 2 Next take 1 of the Vertical Mounting Tubes and place it over top of the Plastic Wall Spacer Make sure the bottom of the Vertical Mounting Tube is resting on the floor 3 Next align the bottom screw hole in the Vertical Mounting Tube with the screw hole in the Plastic Wall Spacer Now take 1 of the 2 5 inch long Wall Screws and put it through the bottom screw hole in the Vertical Mounting Tube which should be aligned with the hole in the Plastic Wall Spacer If properly aligned the Wall Screw should go all the way through and touch the wall If not re align the holes 4 Next screw the Wall Screw into the wall but DO NOT fully tighten the screw at this point 5 a Next take the 2nd Plastic Wall Spacer and from the top of the tube slide it behind the Vertical Mounting Tube Gently slide the Plastic Wall Spacer down until the screw hole aligns with the middle screw hole of the Vertical Mounting Tube b Take another 2 5 inch long Wall Screw and put itthrough the middle hole and screw it into your wall Again DO NOT fully tighten the screw yet Repeat this process with the 3rd Plastic Wall Spacer using the top hole Once you have all 3 screws in the wall you can now tighten them down Tighten the screws up so that the Ve
4. be D and place it up against the wall so it is level and straight The bottom of the Vertical Mounting Tube MUST be resting on the floor You will be able to tell if the Vertical Mounting Tube is level by looking at the bubble level on top of the Vertical Mounting Tube If the bubble is in the middle of the circle then the tube is level If not adjust the Vertical Mounting Tube until the bubble is in the middle of the circle 2 Next take the 3 Short Wall Screws L and fasten the Vertical Mounting Tube D to the wall through the 3 holes in the tube 5 La gt 9 4 j i al E a Ni cake i VTA Win 4 VUN NS A WALL BOARD 3 Repeat steps 1 2 if installing to another wall on the opposite side If the opposite side is a wall with a Baseboard see page 4 If the opposite side is a Banister Post see page 5 4 Once the Vertical Mounting Tubes are securely mounted on both sides of the opening see page 6 Option A2 Mounting to Wall WITH Baseboard 4 of 6 Parts needed for wall side 1 Part D Vertical Mounting Tube x1 2 Part E Plastic Wall Spacers x3 3 Part M Wall Screws x 3 2 5 Long Attaching the Vertical Mounting Tube using the Wall Spacers as shown below Warning When fastening the Vertical Mounting Tube to your wall MAKE SURE that you are fastening the screws into a stud in the wall OR that you use the appropriate wall anchors If you do not the screws m

6. ro Strap See Sequence 1 4 above Once correctly positioned Pull Velcro Strap tight around Banister Post Next Lock in place by closing the Locking Tab See Sequence 4 5 Repeat steps 1 5 if installing to another Banister Post on the opposite side If the opposite side is a wall with or without a baseboard please see pages 3 or 4 6 Once the Vertical Mounting Tubes are securely mounted on both sides of the opening please see page 6 Attaching Your Gate 6of 6 1 Note This applies to all installation types With the Vertical Mounting Tubes securely attached to each Banister Post or wall simply slide the End Pins C through the hinge holes Attach the swing side of the gate first by placing the top and bottom End Pins C through the top and bottom hinge holes bracket of the Vertical Mounting Tube D If you want to reverse your gate simply pinch the tabs on part C and guide it out of the hinge bracket holes and flip the gate around Press the tabs in while lifting up to simply 2 Operating the Gate Note Applies to all installation types To Close Your Gate 1 Slide the gate to the closed position 2 With the gate spanning the opening lift up on the gate so the End Pins C line up with the holes in the Vertical Mounting Tube D and drop in See sequence 1 4 on right hand side for example To open To Open your gate simply Squeeze the latch lift up and slide the gate back Tip For easier opening use your othe
7. rtical Mounting Tube is secure and can not move 6 Repeat steps 1 5 if installing to another wall with Baseboard on the opposite side If the opposite side is a wall with without a Baseboard see page 3 If the opposite side is a Banister Post see page 5 7 Once the Vertical Mounting Tubes are securely mounted on both sides of the opening please see page 6 Option B Mounting to Banister Post Sof 6 Parts Needed 1 Part A the Gate 2 Part D Vertical Mounting Tube x2 3 Part G Top Round Banister Post Adapter x2 4 Part Bottom Banister Post Adapter x2 5 Part J Bottom Corner Protectors x8 6 Part K 18 Velcro Straps x4 Installing the Gate 1 Slide the Top Round Banister 3 Next place the Vertical Mount Tubes 4 Secure the Velcro Post Adapter on to the Banister D into the slots of parts G and l Straps around the Top Post and Bottom Banister Adapters See sequence 1 4 4 Va below You will need Velcro Straps K and Locking Tab N Note Locking Tabs are only used at the top of the Banister Posts 2 Place the Bottom Banister Post Adapter and Bottom Corner Protectors J in position as xe Part F is a built in Bubble Level adjust the Vertical shown Mounting Tube so the bubble is in the middle of the circle Thread Velcro Strap around Banister Post loosely Next with the Locking Tab open slide the back side of the Locking Tab behind the Velc
