FM Radio w Earphone 120 0737 Features Faxback Doc 3841 The Radio Shack FM Radio with Earphone is designed to provide high quality sound Its lightweight portable design lets you listen to it almost anywhere FM Radio w Earphone 120 0737 Battery Faxback Doc 3842 INSTALLING REPLACING BATTERIES The radio uses two AAA batteries not supplied We recommend alkaline batteries Radio Shack Cat No 23 555 for longest life Follow these steps to install or replace the batteries 1 Press down the battery compartment cover and slide it in the direction of the arrow 2 Insert two AAA batteries as indicated by the polarity symbols and marked inside the battery compartment 3 Replace the battery compartment cover Notes If you do not plan to use the radio for several days remove the batteries Replace the batteries when the radio s sound weakens FM Radio w Earphone 120 0737 Operation Faxback Doc 3843 PLAYING TH E RADIO 1 To turn on the radio turn OFF MAX clockwise until it clicks 2 Rotate TUNING to tune to the desired radio station Note Adjust the radio s position for the best reception 3 Adjust VOLUME to a comfortable listening level 4 To turn off the radio turn OFF MAX counterclockwise until it clicks USING THE EARPHONE To listen to the radio in privacy plug the supplied earphone s 1 8
