9. and or destination host FATAL ERROR A fatal error has occurred Consult Pinnacle Technical Support 76 MMG Installation Setup and Operations Guide Chapter 6 Troubleshooting Basic Troubleshooting eVTR File Fails to Transfer into the SAN Cluster l Check the directory watcher log for this listing A file by the name lt filename gt already exists on the server This listing indicates that the file or a file by the same name was previously transferred into the cluster First search the directory watcher log to see 1f this transfer was tried previously and failed If the TCS is unable to log into the ConnectPlus 1000 gateway to check the size of the transferred file it reports a failed transfer even if the transfer succeeded It is also unable to delete the file leaving the good file on the server Compare the clip on the server and the local file and delete one of them so the conflict can be resolved If you want to use the copy on the local disk move it out of the watched directory delete the copy on the SAN and then move the file back to the watched directory the removal and re appearance triggers the script to retry the transfer Note If this is the first time the transfer has been attempted consult your automation vender regarding why the automatic attempted to transfer this file without first deleting the file on the cluster Search the ConnectPlus 1000 gateway s log for the word Fail which indicates an
