Philips Semiconductors Linear Products Product specification M E Differential video amplifier 733 733 DESCRIPTION PIN CONFIGURATION The 733 is a monolithic differential input differential output wide band video amplifier It offers fixed gains of 10 100 or 400 without external components and adjustable gains from 10 to 400 N Package INPUT 2 INPUT 1 by the use of an external resistor No external frequency compensation components are required for any gain option Gain NC NC stability wide bandwidth and low phase distortion are obtained through use of the classic series shunt feedback from the 92B GAIN SELECT G2A GAIN SELECT emitter follower outputs to the inputs of the second stage The G4B GAIN SELECT G4A GAIN SELECT emitter follower outputs provide low output impedance and enable the device to drive capacitive loads The 733 is intended for use as v high performance video and pulse amplifier in communications NC NC magnetic memories display and video recorder systems OUTPUT 2 OUTPUT 1 FEATURES TORMEN 120MHz bandwidth 250 input resistance 9 Selectable gains of 10 100 and 400 APPLICATIONS 9 Video amplifier 9 No frequency compensation required MIL STD 8834A B C available Pulse amplifier in communications Magnetic memories 9 Video recorder systems ORDERING INFORMATION DESCRIPTION TEMPERATU
