15. 3 Replace the battery compartment cover 4 Press RESET CLOCK Set the clock when the sleeping box is powered on for the first time e Scroll the wheel up down to set the 12 24 hour format hour and minute then press the wheel button to confirm each setting NOTE To change the clock setting after the first time press RESET The sleeping box will restore to default ALARM 1 Press and hold O to enter the alarm setting The screen displays O 2 Scroll the wheel up down to set the hour and minute then press the wheel button to confirm 3 The screen displays J and the number of sound chosen flashes Scroll the wheel up down to choose the alarm sound Press the wheel button to confirm 4 The screen displays and the volume level flashes Scroll the wheel up down to adjust the alarm volume Press the wheel button to confirm Press to switch the alarm on The screen displays the set alarm time and the chosen sound name for 3 seconds e Press again to switch the alarm off When the alarm rings e Press or scroll the wheel button to snooze The alarm stops temporarily and then rings again in 8 minutes e Press to turn off and deactivate the alarm e Press any button on the top panel to turn off the alarm but activated for the next day NOTE The alarm will stop until the next day after pressing snooze for the third time We experience different consciousness states throughout our everyday life
