17. the entire link unit by withdrawing the assembly from the right hand side LJ 2 LAT J amp X 10 Re assembly in reverse order Note When re assembling fit the flange nuts and nylon nuts finger tight until the drive belt tension has been adjusted see section 7 2 1 Page 28 7 4 Inspecting and Replacing the Pedal Sensor Sticker 1 Remove the top and left side covers see section 7 2 Remove the two Pozi head screws 5 10 and remove the sensor PCB Look through the square cut out and make sure that the sensor sticker is not dirty or damaged If the sensor sticker is dirty wipe it with a clean soft dry cloth If it is damaged it will need to be replaced Remove the flywheel see section 7 3 Remove one nylon nut 3 8 and remove the tension pulley Note There is a thick flat washer and an adjustment flat washer on the tension pulley shaft Take care not to lose them Nylon nut 3 8 inch 1 Tension pulley A Peel off the old sensor sticker and replace with Thick side a new one When replacing the sticker ensure E that the sensor sticker is central on the tension pulley If the sticker is off centre by even 1mm the pedal rotation sensor may not read the sticker properly Re assemble in reverse order Note When re assembling fit the flange nuts and nylon nuts finger tight until the drive belt Sensor sticker tension has been adjusted see section 7 2 1 Page 29 7
