1. Lower basket A Be careful when unloading the filters At the end of the program the filters may still contain hot water Loading the dishwasher Cutlery 3D cutlery tray depending on model m Arrange the cutlery in the tray as shown To make unloading much easier cutlery should be grouped in zones one for knives one for forks one for spoons etc Spoon heads should be placed in con tact with at least one of the serrated re tainers on the base of the cutlery tray to ensure that water runs off them freely The upper spray arm must not be blocked by items which are too big The side sections of the tray can be moved into the middle to accommodate tall items of dishware in the upper bas ket SS If spoon handles do not fit between the holders lay them the other way round Ti m You can use the yellow slide to adjust the height of the middle section of the cutlery tray to make more room for large items of cutlery such as serving spoons and ladles 41 Operation Detergent A Only use detergents formulated for domestic dishwashers Refer to the manufacturer s packaging as to whether Tab products are suitable for the water hardness level in your area Please note that the cleaning and dry ing results

Cleaning and care Filter system The filter system in the base of the wash cabinet prevents food from being redeposited on dishes It also protects the circulation pump from damage caused by foreign objects A This dishwasher must not be used without all the filters in place Collection of coarse soil may cause the filters to clog The level of soiling and time it takes before the filters need cleaning will vary depending on use The message Check filters will appear in the display after every 50 program cy cles factory default setting You can set the interval for the Check filters message to appear to a value between 30 and 60 program cycles see Settings menu Check filters m Check the filter system m Clean it if necessary m Then confirm the message with OK The message will disappear The display will change to show the program selection menu 70 Filter system m Turn the dishwasher off m Turn the handle counter clockwise to release the filter system m Lift the filter system out of the dish washer 2 Remove any coarse parti cles and rinse the filter well under running water Use a nylon brush if necessary A Ensure that course soil does not get into the circulation system and cause a blockage Cleaning and care To clean the inside of the filter the flap must be opened m Press catches together in the di rection of the arrows as shown and open the filter
