K00119 BIN DEFLECTOR KIT Installation Instructions Manitowoc NOTE This kit will convert a C 900 C 950 bin to a C 970 bin or a C 910 C 960 bin to a C 980 bin This kit is also used on Manitowoc F style bins when stacking Q 1300 1600 1800 ice machines 1 Remove the gasket material along the front and both sides of the bin Remove the 8 screws holding the current ice deflector Save these screws a total of six from a C 900 C 910 a total of eight from a C 950 C 960 Remove the ice deflector Place new ice deflector in position and use the slots in the side flanges as guidance to drill four 1 8 holes 5 Fasten the ice deflector using the screws removed in step 2 for the front and the four supplied screws two each side for the side flanges NOTE C 900 C 910 only use additional two screws shipped with the new ice deflector on the front 6 Install the new gasket material along the front and sides of the bin Epe Ice Machine Back 24 Gasket Both Sides t Supplied Screws Supplied Screws New Deflector Drill 1 8 Holes Both Sides See Step 4 Manitowoc Ice Inc 2110 South 26 Street P O Box 1720 Manitowoc WI 54221 1720 USA Telephone 920 682 0161 Fax Sales 920 683 7589 Service Parts 920 683 7585 Other 920 683 7879 8010253 Web Site www manitowocice com Rev 06 13 03
