EXPLODED VIEW KEYS FITNESS PRODUCTS L P POWER SYSTEM SERIES LIFETIME WARRANTY This Warranty applies in the United States and Canada to products manufactured or distributed by Keys Fitness Products LP Keys under the KEYS brand name The warranty is non transfer able and valid only to the original purchaser Keys warrants that the Product you have purchased for non commercial personal family or househould use from Keys or from an authorized Keys reseller is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period Your sales receipt showing the date of purchase of the Product is your proof of purchase This warranty only extends to you the origi nal purchaser It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases or acquires the Product from you This Warranty becomes VALID ONLY if the product is purchased through a Keys Fitness authorized dealer unless otherwise authorized by Keys Fitness in writing and must be assembled installed according to the instructions included with the Product In a light institutional setting Keys will extend a one year limited warranty to the the original purchaser During the warranty period Keys will repair or replace at Keys option the product if it becomes defective malfunctions or otherwise fails to conform with this Warranty under normal use In repairing the Product Keys may replace defective parts with new or at the option of Keys service2. 8. underside This Knob is used to tighten down any attachment used in your KPS FID Bench ASSEMBLY NOTE Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled STEP 2 STEP 3 STEP 4 Connect Seat Pad 9 to Seat Support Frame 4 using Bolts 17 and Washers 18 Slide Pin 10 down into Main Frame 1 and secure with Washer 13 and Nylon Lock Nut 14 Connect Spring 24 between Main Frame 1 and Pin 10 Connect Seat Support Frame 4 to Main Frame 1 using Bolt 12 Washers 13 and Nylon Lock Nut 14 Seat can then be adjusted by pulling Pin 10 toward rear of unit ASSEMBLY NOTE Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled STEP 5 STEP 6 STEP 7 Connect Back Pad 8 to Back Pad Support Frame 5 using Bolts 17 and Washers 18 Connect Back Pad Support Frame 5 to Main Frame 1 using Bolt 12 Washers 13 and Nylon Lock Nut 14 Connect Adjustable Back Pad Frame 6 to Back Pad Support Frame 5 using Bolt 12 Washers 13 and Nylon Lock Nut 14 Slide Bolt 12 through Adjustable Back Pad Frame 6 and Plastic Sleeve 7 secure with Washers 13 and Nylon Lock Nut 14 Slide Roller Pad Tube 31 into Leg Support 29 Place Upholstered Roller Pad 32 on each side of Roller Pad Tube 31 secure with Big Plugs 33 Attach Leg Support 29 to Main Frame 1 using L Pin 34 REF 1 o JM O u AR WN tt tt Go w w w
