15. ear wheel driver fits onto the pins in the motor assembly inside the vehicle e Slide the other rear wider wheel onto the rear axle Make sure the ribs on the rear wheel fit into the grooves on the rear wheel driver e Slide a hubcap indented side out onto the rear axle Cap Nut Assembly Tool e Fit a cap nut on the end of the rear axle e Fit the cap nut assembly tool over the cap nut Tap the end of the cap nut assembly tool with a hammer to secure the cap nut on the end of the rear axle Pull on the rear wheel to be sure it is secure Hint You may need the help of another adult to support the other end of the rear axle while you tap the cap nut e Turn the vehicle upright Steering Column Handlebar Connector Large Opening e First fit the handlebar steering column and the handlebar connector down through the large opening in the front end of the vehicle e Now lift the front of the vehicle slightly and push down on the handlebar assembly to snap it in place Hooked End of Steering Column Steering Linkage e Turn the vehicle upside down and straighten the handlebar e Slide a steering linkage under the hooked end of the steering column Hint Only one of the steering linkages will fit under the hooked end of the steering column If the steering linkage does not fit try the other one Assembly Hooked End of the Steering Column Steering Linkage e Slide the other stee

21. right handlebar Hint If it is difficult to slide the grip onto the handlebar moisten the inside of the grip with water gt gt b ANS 4 e Fit the tab at the front of the seat into the slot in the vehicle near the handlebars Fit a cap nut on the end of the front axle e Snap the tab at the back of the seat into the slot near e Fit the cap nut assembly tool over the cap nut Tap the the rear of the vehicle end of the cap nut assembly tool with a hammer to secure the cap nut on the end of the axle Pull on the front wheel to be sure it is secure e Repeat steps 11 and 12 to assemble a washer bushing front wheel hubcap and cap nut to the other front axle 10 Label Decoration Proper label application will help to keep the labels looking their best When applying labels keep the following guidelines in mind e Wash your hands before applying the labels e Before applying the labels wipe the surface of the vehicle with a clean dry cloth to remove any dust or oils e Place the labels exactly as shown in the illustrations e For best results avoid repositioning a label once it has been applied to the vehicle e After applying a label rub the label firmly with a clean dry cloth to make sure the label is adhered to your vehicle Start at the center of a label and smooth towards the outer edges to remove air bubbles 11 Battery Installation IMPORTANT Use only a Power Wheels
