TE 25 You can use a camcorder as the player and your VCR as the Edit From A MAKE CONNECTIONS Connect an AV cable not supplied between the Camcorder camcorder s VIDEO OUT and AUDIO OUT connectors and your VCR s VIDEO IN and AUDIO IN connectors When using a Hi Fi camcorder connect its AUDIO OUT L connector to the AUDIO IN connector on your VCR LOAD A CASSETTE Insert the cassette to be recorded on into the recorder Recorder Your VCR SET RECORDER S INPUT MODE Set to AUX by pressing NUMBER key 0 START PLAYER Set the camcorder to its play mode START RECORDER Set your VCR to its record mode amp GC N Refer to camcorder VCR s instruction manual for AUDIO OUT operation instructions Camcorder NUMBER masi 26 SPECIAL FEATURES Multi Brand Remote Control In addition to controlling several functions on JVC remote control TVs the VCR s remote control can control these functions on the TV brands listed below If your television is a JVC you don t have to set the code in step 1 SELECT TV BRAND 1 Refer to the chart below While holding down TV press the Brand Selection Button that corresponds to the brand of your TV You don t have to repeat this step until you replace the remote control s batteries OPERATE TV While holding down
