4. sure the Butterfly is able to swivel on the Upright Beam C Insert a Butterfly Foam Tube 10 through the hole on the Butterfly Push a Foam Roll 20 onto the Tube Place a Spring Clip 23 onto the weight post on the Butterfly D Repeat above procedures A B and C to install the other side E Attach the Leg Developer 11 to the Front Leg 8 Secure it with one M8 x 3 1 8 Hex Bolt 27 two 5 8 Washers 28 and one M8 Aircraft Nut 29 F Insert two Foam Tubes 12 halfway through the holes on the Leg Developer Push four Foam Rolls 20 onto the Tubes from both sides G Place a Spring Clip 23 onto the weight post on the Leg Developer STEP 4 See Diagram 4 A Attach the hole side of the Backrest Supports 14 onto both ends of the pivot on the Main Seat Support 6 Place the other end rest against the Backrest Adjustment Bar 4 B Place the Backrest Board 15 onto the Backrest Supports Secure it with four M6 x 1 3 8 Hex Bolts 37 and v2 Washers 38 C Place the Seat Pad 16 onto the Main Seat Support Secure it with four M6 x 1 3 8 Hex Bolts 37 and 1 2 Washers 38 DIAGRAM 4 STEP 5 See Diagram 5 A Attach the Arm Curl Pad 17 to the Arm Curl Stand 13 Secure it with two 8 x 5 8 Hex Bolts 33 and 5 8 Washers 28 B Insert the Arm Curl Stand into the top opening on the Front Leg Secure it with a Lock Knob 25 DIAGRAM 5
5. them with two M8 x 3 1 8 Hex Bolts 27 four 5 8 Washers 28 one Curved Bracket 3 and two M8 Aircraft Nuts 29 on each end of the Cross Brace C Insert the Backrest Adjustment Bar 4 through a selected hole to obtain desired incline of Backrest Diagram 1 STEP 2 See Diagram 2 A Plug a Stabilizer End Cap 24 onto the bottom of Front Leg 8 Attach the Front Leg to the Main Seat Support 6 Secure it with three M8 x 5 8 Hex Bolts 33 and 5 8 Washers 28 DO NOT tighten the Bolts yet B Attach the Main Seat Support 6 to the Cross Brace 2 Secure it with two M10 x 2 3 8 Hex Bolts 30 four 34 Washers 31 one Flat Bracket 5 and two M10 Aircraft Nuts 32 C Attach one end of Diagonal Support 7 to the Main Seat Support 6 Secure it with one M8 x 2 1 8 Hex Bolt 34 two 5 8 Washers 28 and one 8 Aircraft Nut 29 Attach the other end of Diagonal Support to the Front Leg 8 Secure it with one M8 x 5 8 Hex Bolt 33 and 5 8 Washer 28 D Securely tighten all Bolts and Nuts DIAGRAM 2 STEP 3 See Diagram 3 A Attach one 3 4 Washer 31 onto a M10 x 6 Hex Bolt 35 Insert the Bolt through the Butterfly 9 Secure the Bolt with one M10 x 5 8 Regular Nut 36 Insert the Bolt through the Rear Upright Beam 1 Secure it with a 5 Washer 31 and M10 Aircraft Nut 32 DO NOT over tighten the Bolt Make
