2. 1 Touch  Power Heater        yv  2     O  N  das  o      gt   O    PLEASE READ AND SAVE THESE IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS          PLEASE READ AND SAVE  THESE IMPORTANT  SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS    When using electrical appliances  basic safety precautions should always be  followed to reduce the risk of fire  electric shock  and injury to persons   induding the following     1  Read all instructions before using the appliance     2  To avoid fire or shock hazard  plug the appliance directly into a 120 V AC  electrical outlet     3  The heater is hot when in use  To avoid burns  DO NOT let bare skin touch  hot surfaces  If provided  use handles when moving this heater  Keep  combustible materials  such as furniture  pillows  bedding  papers  clothes   and curtains at least 3 ft  0 9 m  from the front of the heater and keep  hem away from the sides and rear     4  DO NOT run cord under carpeting  DO NOT cover cord with throw rugs   unners   or the like  Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it  will not be tripped over     5  This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms  laundry areas and simi   ar indoor locations  NEVER locate heater where it may fall into a bathtub  or other water container     6  Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by  or near children  or invalids  and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended     Always unplug the heater when not in use   When unplugging  be sure to pull by the plug and not the cord     9  DO NOT insert or a

4. ge    appliances in the same outlet  At 1500 watts  this unit pulls 12 5  amps     OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS    Your heater is equipped with a technologically advanced  1 Touch   electronic thermostat  You can set the heater to run continuously in  manual mode or set the  1 Touch  Thermostat to your desired  temperature setting  The 1 Touch thermostat will automatically turn  the heater ON or OFF depending on the preset comfort level  The  comfort level ranges between 602and 80  Fahrenheit     Manual Mode Instructions   1  Plug the heater into a 120V AC electrical outlet     2  To start the unit  push the MODE button once for the HIGH  1500  Watts  manual setting   See fig   1 and  2    3  Press the button again for the LOW  1000 Watts  manual setting    See fig   1 and  2     4  To stop the unit  press and hold the button for two seconds or keep  pressing the button until all the temperature indicators are OFF     Note  The Power Light will remain lit during operation  In  Manual Mode  only the LOW or HIGH power light will be lit     1 Touch Thermostat Instructions     To take advantage of the 1 Touch Thermostat continue to press the MODE  button until the desired temperature is set in either the HIGH  1500  Watt  or LOW  1000 Watt  setting  When ambient temperature rises  above the set temperature  the heater will stop  When the ambient  temperature drops below the set temperature  the heater will turn on  automatically     Note  When the 1 Touch thermostat is set  either the
