Havis Shields EQUIPMENT CORPORATION INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS C TCB 9 1989 2001 JEEP CHEROKEE TOOLS REQUIRED 3 16 Allen wrench Ratcheting wrench 3 8 drive 3 8 Standard socket set Powered drill w 3 16 drill bit 3 8 Metric socket set Open end wrench set HARDWARE amp COMPONENTS QTY DESCRIPTION PART l Pole support assembly CM93071 9 l Telescoping pole assembly CM93072 3 l Side support brace CM93146 l 5 16 Flat washer GSM31006 l 5 16 18 Nylock nut GSM30017 2 Ya x Ya Hex head lag bolt GSM33060 1 Always gt Read all instructions before installing any Havis Shields Equipment Corp products gt Check for obstructions Wire brake lines fuel tank etc before drilling any holes gt Use hardware provided with install kit Side support brace 7 x 2 Hex A head lag bolts Telescoping pole _ assembly Pole support assembly ey Location of we passenger side factory seat base bolts SUB ASSEMBLY 1 Confirm receipt of all hardware and components 2 Remove front inner and outer passenger seat bolts on vehicle INSTALLATION 1 Mount C TCB 9 into vehicle e Position pole support assembly between seat base mount and floor of vehicle e Align holes in pole support assembly with holes in seat base e Loosely attached factory seat bolts that were removed during subassembly e Mount side support brace to threaded rod located on pole support assembly using a 5 16 18 Nylock2. nut e Mount side support brace to vehicle using 4 x 34 Hex head lag bolts A 3 16 pilot is required Note When mounting side support brace to floor of vehicle be sure to check for obstructions prior to drilling or lag bolting to floor e Tighten down passenger side factory seat bolts and 5 16 18 nylock nut holding side support brace to pole support assembly e Mount optional C 3090 computer mounting platform to telescoping pole assembly using hardware and instructions provided with C 3090 Consolidator Kwik Raze Collins Dynamics Kwik Kit PrisonerTransports K 9Transports 75 Jacksonville Rd P O Box 2099 Warminster PA 18974 800 524 9900 215 957 0720 P 215 957 0729 F www Havis com C TCB 9 INST 7 05
