4. he correct size Mandrel will fit exactly into the Hole Saw 4 NOTE The Adapter will be needed to attach the Small Mandrel to medium size Hole Saws such as 1 3 8 and 1 1 2 sizes Carefully thread the Adapter through the top of the Hole Saw and then thread the Small Mandrel through the bottom so that it screws into the Adapter 5 To attach larger Hole Saws to the Large Mandrel thread Hole Saw to top of Mandrel until mounting holes at base of the Saw align with the mounting tabs on Mandrel Twist the bottom base of Large Mandrel until the tabs extend into the Saw s mounting Holes and the two pieces are securely fastened together Open jaws of drill chuck not supplied Place the Mandrel shaft completely into the chuck and securely tighten the chuck 68111 3 Piece Hole Saw Set 68112 7 Piece Hole Saw Set Record Serial Number Here 8 Holding the drill at 90 degrees to the stock set the Hole Saw on the stock 9 Press the drill s trigger switch to turn it on 10 Ifthe drill is a variable speed type start cutting the stock slowly until the circle groove is made in the stock Then cut faster 11 When the hole is cut release the trigger switch and wait for Hole Saw to come to a complete stop before removing it from the stock 12 Remove Hole Saw from drilling tool chuck 13 Remove Hole Saw from Mandrel and clean off Hole Saw with a cloth Place Hole Saw and Mandrel back in carrying case If a differ
