1. 5 Attach the tank to the body of the unit and plug in 6 Press the button to turn on E 6 READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS MAINTENANCE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS e Always unplug the unit before servicing it in any way Do not submerse the unit in water or allow water to enter the inside of the unit INSIDE THE BODY OF THE UNIT Pour excess water out ofthe unit Wash out the unit with fresh water using the cleaning brush and a soft cloth as needed OUTER SURFACE OF THE UNIT Wipe the surface of the unit with a soft damp cloth if needed WATER TANK Fill water tank with clean water and shake to remove water scaling ULTRASONIC DISK Remove the water tank Figure 1 and use the enclosed cleaning brush regularly to remove build up and deposits from this are Figure 2 Do not use any detergents or soap as this may damage the ultrasonic disc This may also disperse detergent or soap residue with mist causing bodily harm Do not scrub with finger tips or any sharp objects as this may cause damage to the ultrasonic disc If there is red color build up on ultrasonic disk gently clean with soft cloth and 1 2 drops of white vinegar Rinse with clean water Clean the disk with the brush only No other cleaning tool should be used Brush only Fig 2 Figure 1 Figure 2 STORAGE e Fully dry the inside and outside of the unit before storing it e DO NOT leave water in the unit e Store in a co2. 7. ol dry place E 7 READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE PROBLEM Water vapor amp humidity are not produced Air blows but water vapor is not produced Humidity level is low The humidity has a bad smell White dust forming on nearby furniture E 8 SOLUTION Power Plug Unplug and then try again Power Failure When the power is returned try again Make sure the water is in the tank and the tank is correctly attached Clean the ultrasonic disc and its periphery Excessive Water Remove a certain amount of water from the tank Detergent residue and or oil ingredients from cosmetics etc may be in tank wash out tank and try again Clean the ultrasonic disk and its periphery If you use hard water replace with softer water The surface of the ultrasonic disc is dirty Clean the ultrasonic disc and its periphery The water in the unit is too cold Replace with cool but not cold water Boil clean water and let cool Use water after 24 hours Poor maintenance or dirty water Clean product thoroughly and fill with fresh water Hard water deposits a certain amount of dust Use distilled water if this becomes a nuisance READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS LIMITED WARRANTY To the consumer Guardian Technologies LLC warrants this product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship commencing the date of the original purchase Save your original sales receipt to validate start of
