1. GAIN CONTROL This control sets the basic gain of the amplifier in both normal and SCG channel operation SCG CHANNEL SELECT SWITCH The SCG Channel is the high gain channel and is selected when the switch is set to the in position The out position selects the normal channel which should be used for the cleanest sound 4 SCG CHANNEL LEVEL CONTROL This control sets the volume level of the SCG channel It is only active when the CHANNEL SELECT SWITCH 3 Is set to select the SCG channel LOW CONTROL This is the bass con trol and is common to both channels 6 7 9 10 MID CONTROL This is the midrange control and is common to both chan nels Lower settings will give a heavy sound to the SCG channel and a thin sound to the normal channel while higher settings will fatten the normal channel sound HIGH CONTROL This is the treble control and is common to both chan nels REVERB CONTROL G15XL only This control sets the amount of reverb applied to the sound FOOTSWITCH JACK This jack al lows footswitch selection of channel and reverb When using the foot switch use the CHANNEL SELECT SWITCH 3 to select the SCG channel and the footswitch will select be tween SCG and normal channel HEADPHONE JACK Unpowered headphones may be plugged into this jack The speaker is automatically dis connected when headphones are plugged in 11 LINE OUT JACK This is an2. unbal anced high impedance output for re cording or connecting additional amplifiers The speaker is not discon nected by this jack 12 POWER INDICATOR The amplifier is on whenever this indicator is lit 13 POWER SWITCH Press the right side of this switch to turn the unit on press the left side to turn off REAR PANEL FEATURES POWER CORD Your GIOXL I5XL is equipped with a heavy duty grounded three wire power cord Be sure this cord is properly plugged into a safely wired grounded 120 volt 60hz AC power outlet before use lf your G10XL 15XL was purchased out side the United States refer to the rear panel for power ratings For your safety never attempt to defeat the ground connection on this cord G10XL 15XL TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Output Power Rating 10 watts RMS a 5 thd 4 ohm load 120 vac Speaker Size and Rating Custom Design 8 with 1 voice coil power capacity 10 watts RMS Bass Control 12dB range a 80 hz Mid Control 7dB range 500 hz High Control 12dB range 1 atSkhz Input Impedance 220k ohms Maximum Input Signal Leveal Accepted 3 volts peak to peak Total System Gain 74dB max Signal to Noise Ratio 50dB 1 max gain Line Out Level 0 6 volt RMS Input Power Requirements 120 vac 60hz 30 watts max domestic USA models Cabinet Size and Welght 14 25 H x 14 25 W x 7 D 18 Ibs shipping 47 518 05 REV
