6. ompted to restart Windows remove the CD ROM then click OK After the computer restarts insert the CD ROM and continue Click Start If the Printer Driver button is not red select Printer Driver then click Start The printer driver will start loading automatically Canon nN J Printer Driver O PAE am e Click Start to begin the installation The software that will be installed can be chosen with the buttons Utilities Product Registration N About this CD ROM EEN When the Printer Port window appears TURN THE PRINTER ON so the printer port connection can be automatically detected Printer Port Printer port will be detected Check that the cable is connected and turn the printer on If you want to select the port click Manual selection z i Cancel The software will begin identifying the printer port being used When the Terminate Installation window appears click OK Terminate Installation Software installation is complete Installation results are as follows Printer Driver Succeeded NOTE Remember to register your product to ensure product support The serial number is located on the inside of the printer behind the battery pack When the installation and registration process has completed click Exit If you are prompted to restart the computer click Yes Turn on your Mac and insert the BJC 55 Setup Software amp User s Guide CD ROM
