30. e to heat up e Always test a small section of hair to 4 ensure the plates have reached the correct temperature Styling For best results hair should be clean and dry Before using the hair straightener comb your hair with a wide toothed comb to remove any tangles Section your hair off Starting close to th roots take a section of hair 6cm wide and 1 cm thick and clamp it firmly between the styling plates 5 D Gently run the straightener through the entire length of the sectioned hair Move the straightener slowly and steadily from the roots to the ends without stopping This will ensure best results without damaging your hair For improved control you can hold the cool touch handling area 6 of the hair straightener whilst running the straightener through the sectioned hair You can create flicks at the hair ends by slowly turning the appliance either inwards or outwards at the end of straightening each section After use Switch off the unit by sliding the on off switch 3 to the 0 off position and remove the plug from the socket before leaving the appliance unattended and before changing cleaning or inspecting any parts of the appliance When not in use the appliance should be stored in a dry place Children should not have access to stored appliances Warning Avoid touching the heating plates 5 as they may be hot during use and during the cool down period How to clean your hair strai
