1. 202 LT only Insert oval stick of Low Temperature adhesive into inlet tube of gun s melt chamber Squeeze trigger or push with thumb to set adhesive stick firmly in chamber Plug in gun and wait 3 5 minutes for gun to heat WARNING TOOL IS ON AS SOON AS IT IS PLUGGED IN NOTE On initial use a second stick of adhesive may be required to be loaded into gun immediately after advancing the first Stick to produce flow CAUTION Feeding or pushing adhesive stick with too much force into a heated gun may cause hot adhesive to be unexpectedly expelled from nozzle Apply adhesive by squeezing trigger The more the trigger is pulled the more glue will flow out of nozzle When gun stops feeding glue release trigger and squeeze again When one adhesive stick i is depressed to the level of inlet tube lip insert another 4 Operation continued i In between applications use stand to keep the unit upright for good ventilation Simply rotate stand forward for use 202 LT only NOTE We recommend placing a piece of scrap material under nozzle to gia damage to surface the unit is resting on __ When all gluing operations are completed simply unplug tool and allow it to cool to room temperature Store away in safe dry place DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PULL THE UNUSED STICK FROM GUN AFTER USE Any unused adhesive can be reheated and used at a future date without any loss of bonding strength WARNING MAKE SURE THAT UNIT HAS airs DOWN
