Technical Bulletin Bulletin No PRO 03 26 Effective Date 6 1 85 Cancels NA Page 1 of 1 Subject QR V OBSOLESCENCE Quick Release Valve e Due to decreasing customer demand Bendix is announcing the obsolescence and discontinuance of all QR V Quick Release Valves effective June 1 1985 The QR V is being replaced by the QR 1 Quick Release Valve The popular QR V numbers affected by this action are 205000 and 224417 The replacement part numbers are as follows Obsolete QR V Replacement QR 1 205000 229813 224417 229859 You will recognize a significant savings when converting to the QR 1 This will assist you when meeting with competitive situations in the marketplace The service parts for the QR V will also be discontinued June 1 1985 These parts include the Bodies Covers other detail parts and the Maintenance Kit Should you wish to make a last time purchase the purchase order must be received by June 1 1985 All current orders for QR V s will be honored We recommend that you adjust your records to show the replacement part numbers
