1. AC CONTROL 3 OPERATION amp SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Use the AC Control 3 only with dedicated appliances in the MICROWAVE and FRIDGE refrigerator sockets Any low power appliance may be plugged into the OTHER socket of the Ac Control 3 for example Television or Hi Fi Amplifier Do not overload the supply socket The AC Control 3 many be used with extension cords rated 10 Amps or greater When disconnecting the power plugs grip and pull the power plug not the power cord Do not operate the AC Control 3 with damaged power cords plugs sockets or plastic case Clean the AC Control 3 with a soft dry cloth do not use liquid or spray cleaners For internal use only There are no user serviceable parts inside this AC Control 3 AC CONTROL 3 WARRANTY amp LIMITED LIABILITY Avanti Products makes this limited warranty to the original purchaser of the AC Control 3 for one year form the date of purchase against defective material or workmanship If the unit is found to be faulty it should be forwarded with proof of purchase transportation or mailing charges prepaid to Avanti Products The unit will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Avanti Products This limited warranty is void if the AC Control 3 has been misused subjected to careless handling or repaired by anyone other than the manufacturer or its authorized representative The manufacturer makes no warranty other than this limited warranty and expressly excludes any impl2. ied warranty including warranty for consequential damages THIS IS THE ONLY EXPRESSED LIMITED WARRANTY THE MANUFACTURER AND AVANTI PRODUCTS NEITHER ASSUME NOR AUTHORIZED ANYONE TO ASSUME OR MAKE ANY OTHER OBLIGATION TOWARDS THE PRODUCT OTHER THAN THIS EXPRESSED LIMITED WARRANTY THE MANUFACTURER AND AVANTI PRODUCTS MAKE NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE OF THE AC CONTROL 3 AND EXPRESSLY EXCLUDE SUCH FROM THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW FOR THE EXCLUSION OF OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LENGTH OF IMPLIED WARRANTY SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE This warranty will not cover A Failure of the product if it is used for other than its intended purpose B Failures that are related to external problems such as inadequate electrical power accidents fire floods or acts of God This warranty does not apply outside the Continental USA
