IMAGEO TeaLight user manual Congratulations on your purchase Thank you for buying the Philips IMAGEO TeaLight 6set Please read these instructions carefully before using the Tealights By following the instructions you will enjoy the full benefits of the IMAGEO Tealight for the longest possible period The set consists of six indivual Tealights that work with LED technology and simulate the light of tea candles Check to make sure that the package contains the following items see diagram Adapter A Charger base B 6 Tealights C 6 Covers D Using the IMAGEO Tealight for the first time Before using the IMAGEO Tealight for the first time charge them for at least 10 hours until the red indicator LED on the charge base is off Connect the adapter A to the charger base B with the DC plug Then plug the adapter A into a wall socket The indicator LED on charger base will now be red Insert the six IMAGEO Tealights C in the slots of the chargerbase B without the covers D The NI MH batteris in the Tealight C are now charged After about 10 hours the batteries will be fully charged and the indicator LED will be switched off Remove the adapter A from the wall socket The IMAGEO Tealight C can now be lighted up for approximately 12 hours Very important for repeated charging For safety reasons there is a built in timer wich automatically terminates the chargi
3. ng cycle after 10 hours The batteris are then fully charged To re start the built in timer and to start the charging cycle again you puch the button on the charging base Press to charge after wich the red light will be on and the 10 hour charging cycle starts again Under normal circumstances the batteries in the IMAGEO Tealight can be charged approximately five hundred times without any loss of capacity The capacity will then gradually start to decline The batteries will reach the end of their life after being charged roughly a thousand times Switching the IMAGEO Tealight on and off To switch the IMAGEO tealight on simply tilt them at an angle of 90 degrees see diagram They can be switched off in the same way Cleaning and maintenance Remove the adapter from the wall socket The adapter and the charger base can then be cleaned with dry clothes The IMAGEO Tealights can also be cleaned with a damp cloth Do not use cleaning agents The IMAGEO Tealights should not be placed in the dishwasher PREPS KOX 4 Safety instructions keep the adapter and charger away from liquids and damp For safety reasons and under the terms of warranty the adapter charger and IMAGEO Tealight must not be opened Do not use the IMAGEO Tealight if they are damaged Use only the adapter that is supplied with the charger using a different adapter with the wrong polarity or current can damage your appliance S3
