TAXES ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS For ERD ECONOMY RACK DOOR TOOLS YOU WILL NEED TO INSTALL YOUR ERD PENCIL OR OTHER MARKER DRILL DRILL BIT 1 8 PHILLIPS SCREWDRIVER The hinge member that attaches to the front edge of the rack is the same width and height as the rack and so Should be lined up as such Measure 29 32 from the top and bottom of the edge that you want to Install the hinge side of the door or use the template below to mark the top and bottom Drill a 1 8 hole about 1 2 deep at each of these points Install a 5 8 screw in each hole Drill the rest of the holes and install the rest of the screws Your door should now swing freely and line up evenly to all edges around the front of the rack Now with the door closed turn the lock so that the CAM L shaped part that swings is horizontal Hold the lock bracket U shaped black bracket so that the CAM almost hits the bottom of the bracket This is the position in which you should mark drill and screw the bracket onto the front edge of the rack The door should now lock correctly Remember to only clean the plastic sheet with water mild detergent and a soft cloth
