MULTI WASHER SCREW lt i ADAPTER BRACKET BB If you have any questions please call Peerless customer care at 1 800 865 2112 For Bump out or Recessed Back Display 7 2 Begin with longer length screw hand thread through multi washer adapter bracket and spacer in that order into S display as shown below Screw must make at least three full turns into the mounting hole and fit snug into place Do not over tighten If screw cannot make three full turns into the display select a longer length screw from the baffled fastener pack Repeat for remaining mounting holes level brackets and tighten screws fig 7 2 Tee SPACER P SCREW s ADAPTER BRACKET BB If you have any questions please call Peerless customer care at 1 800 865 2112 41 of 14 ISSUED 06 05 06 SHEET 202 9142 7 06 27 11 Mounting and Removing Flat Panel Screen A WARNING e Always use an assistant or mechanical lifting equipment to safely lift and position the plasma television O Refer to mount instruction sheet for attachment of adapter bracket to mount Hook adapter brackets BB onto adapter bracket AA then slowly swing screen in as shown Turn screws clockwise at least six times to prevent screen from being removed as shown in detail 4 Tighten using allen wrench CC Screen can be adjusted horizontally if desired Note To lock the screen down tighten screws to adapter bracket as sho
3. 06 27 11 A WARNING e If you are uncertain that product is properly installed call customer care Note There are three mounting positions D The center position is shown right Arm assemblies must be mounted with one mounting hole separating them Slide washers J over wall support arm axles D Next insert plastic caps N into axles Then insert holding pins M into axles See detail 1 2 1 Place arm assembly C with washers J into wall plate A Insert axle assemblies shown in detail 1 through wall plate A arm assembly C and washers J Lock axles in place by aligning holding pins M with notches shown in detail 2 DETAIL 1 2 2 Insert socket cap screws K into hole at bottom of wall support arm axles D as shown in detail 3 Tighten screw using 9 64 allen wrench Q j Note Fit of axles D into wall plate A and arm assembly C will be tight Gently tap into place with a hammer if necessary DETAIL 3 To route cables through cord management To route cables using cable management clips channels Slide one mesh sleeve T over Snap eight cable management clips R into both each cable Use cable ties S to tighten mesh swing arms C as shown in figure 3 2 Cable ties sleeves to cables S are used with clips for cord management ES Pull cords through cord management Slide one mesh sleeve T over each cable Use channels leaving enough slack to

I For tilt adjustment gently push back on the top of plasma to relieve pressure on knob Adjust tilt to desired position and tighten tilt adjustment knob H then securely tighten all four M10 screws F using 6 mm allen wrench U SWIVEL BOX fig 6 1 Adapter bracket not shown for clarity Adapter bracket not shown for clarity 9 of 14 ISSUED 06 05 06 SHEET 202 9142 7 06 27 11 Installing Adapter Brackets A WARNING e Tighten screws so adapter brackets are firmly attached Do not tighten with excessive force Overtightening can cause stress damage to screws greatly reducing their holding power and possibly causing screw heads to become detached Tighten to 40 in Ib 4 5 N M maximum torque e If screws don t get three complete turns in the screen inserts or if screws bottom out and bracket is still not tightly secured damage may occur to screen or product may fail To prevent scratching the screen set a cloth on a flat level surface that will support the weight of the screen Place screen face side down Refer to screen manufacturers instructions or customer service for removing any knobs base cover or screw s on the back of the screen to prepare mounting These need to be removed to allow the adapter brackets to be attached Select the small medium large or extra large screws from the baffled fastener pack then attach adapter brackets BB to screen following figure 7 1 or 7 2 NOTE Top a

9. ge to edge stud finder is highly recommended Based on their edges draw a vertical line down each stud s center Place wall plate on wall as a template The top mounting slots should be located 43 below the desired screen center Level plate and mark the center of the eight mounting holes Make sure that the mounting holes are on the stud centerlines Drill eight 7 32 dia holes 3 deep Make sure that the wall plate is level secure it using eight 5 16 x 3 wood screws O and washers P Skip to step 2 on page 7 5 of 14 ISSUED 06 05 06 SHEET 202 9142 7 06 27 11 Installation to Solid Concrete or Cinder Block Wall A WARNING gt When installing Peerless wall mounts on cinder block verify that you have a minimum of 1 3 8 of actual concrete thickness in the hole to be used for the concrete anchors Do not drill into mortar joints Be sure to mount in a solid part of the block generally 1 minimum from the side of the block Cinder block must meet ASTM C 90 specifications It is suggested that a standard electric drill on slow setting is used to drill the hole instead of a hammer drill to avoid breaking out the back of the hole when entering a void or cavity Concrete must be 2000 psi density minimum Lighter density concrete may not hold concrete anchor e Make sure that the supporting surface will safely support the combined load of the equipment and all attached hardware and components a template to mark hol
