1. Box Wrench e 10mm Socket and Driver Unpack and Identify Primary Components and Hardware see supporting diagrams e To be inserted e Tobe inserted e To be inserted e To be inserted CAUTION Remove ALL protective plastic film from stainless steel surfaces before starting the grill It will melt and adhere to the SS 1 Carefully lay shipping carton with grill over on its side a note 2 person task Cut open bottom at top and sides and lay bottom on floor to protect grill b Remove bottom liner c a b C 2 Remove all separately packed components from carton and inspect for damage and to make sure they are all present see parts list above 3 Pull grill partially out of carton 4 Insert legs wheel levelers into legs as shown Note Make sure the wheeled legs have wheels to the outside and that they mount into the shorter legs on grill a Fasten legs using 4 Phillips screws 5 Position bottom shelf with side flanges pointed down and attach to legs using 4 Phillips screws 6 Stand grill up 2 person task and remove carton 7 Level the grill by adjusting the leg levelers until the grill is level using a level placed on the top of the grill body Next insert the bottom screws and then tighten the nuts on the inside 9 Attach handle to lid using 2 Phillips screws inserted through 2 round insulating gaskets part and screw firmly to lid 10 Attach L R side shelves by2. positioning shelves over the top of the legs so screw holes align Fasten with Phillips screws using per side tightened securely 11 Position L R shelf fascia and fasten in place using Phillips screws and tighten securely in place
