1. 44 KDC X815 9015 only Purple Installation non Japanese cars Locking the faceplate to the unit B Installation non Japanese cars B Locking the faceplate to the unit If you want to lock the faceplate to the unit so that it does not fall off follow the directions below 1 Refer to the function Removing the faceplate page 14 and remove the faceplate 2 Insert the provided screw into the hole at the center of the bottom side of the faceplate which you have removed from the unit Firewall or metal support Bend the tabs of the mounting sleeve with Accessory Ss a screwdriver or similar utensil and attach it in Phillips truss 3 i a head sheet Accessory place Refer to the section Removing the faceplate page 14 and metal screw Metal mounting then reattaching the faceplate commercially strap ACAUTION available Never insert the taptite screws 92 x 6 mm in any other screw NOTE holes than the one specified If you insert it in another hole it Make sure that the unit is installed securely in place If the unit wil contract and may cause damage to the mechanical parts is unstable it may malfunction for example the sound may inside the unit skip ACAUTION To attach this unit make sure the front of the control panel faces you and fit it into the mounting sleeve by pressing the four corners of the hard rubber frame at the same time Do not apply
