Entering a destination You can enter a destination directly from the map or you can use the Set Destination screen to use any of the following options e Address lets you enter a specific address e Intersection lets you enter two cross streets e Points of Interest lets you select a Point of Interest e Recent lets you select from a list of recent destinations Favorites lets you select from a list of previously created favorites e Contacts lets you select a contact from the address book on your Pocket PC e City Center lets you select the center of a city Owner s Manual 51 www dell com support dell com Ay Dell Navigation a d 12 43 fok Set Destination ADDRESS INTERSECTION POINTS OF INTEREST FAVORITES RECENT CONTACTS CITY CENTER To select a destination from the map 1 On the map tap and hold on the location A popup menu appears 2 Tap Set Destination Your route is calculated and shown on the map Instructions begin Entering a destination by address There are two ways to enter a destination by address You can select a street first which is useful if you are not sure of the city Or you can enter a city first which is usually faster Ei NOTE If a large number of records are found by the By Street method the program automatically reverts to By City To enter an address using By City 1 Tap Menu tap Set Destination and then tap Address The Enter Address screen appears
